But to do all this we'd have to make a more or less complicated economy system, a fair way to decide how many troops someone has/may recruit/can have at max. Numbers CAN make a difference in combat also we don't want everypony having Marksman quality archer pegasi that can snipe everypony from above. Nor do we want uber-powered unicorns throwing flames everywhere or Armed to the teeth earth ponies that can deflect or take just about anything. Don't get me wrong, I like the idea, but there are some things that would be difficult to factor and manage fairly. Perhaps I could do an economy system where every day every nation gets a certain amount of resources? They can PM me or message me here if they want to buy anything, maybe have a basic building list with their attributes and such and a small list detailing what buildings and how many each nation possesses?

Safer-Stormgiggle, I myself am still debating on how wars will work. I was originally leaning to some sort of Dice System. An Online Roller that everyone could view so it would be seen that the rolls were fair. maybe the whole modifier thing. I mean technically you could RP the wars out yourself, but that leaves a large opening to godmodding your tactics. If you have a suggestion though... I would be interested in hearing it. Dead serious, I'm open to suggestions on how to do the war system. I was thinking for the dice system sort of like Dungeons and Dragons. Where say you roll to hit or succeed in an attack, and then roll to see how much damage you do. In this case the damage is the amount of soldiers you would lose. Something along those lines. Also if you have any suggestions for any other systems of this nation RP, go ahead and suggest. I won't bite. I've got some pretty basic systems already in mind, but if you have something better I will be happy to use it : )

Oiy hold your horses. That Nation sheet was just a test to see what you all thought of it, not an actual "Go ahead and make your nation sheet" I said that in the post, but nopony listened -.- And your nations may not be accepted so preplanning is rather pointless.

Name of Nation: Government Type: Democracy, Monarchy, etc. (You can even describe what kind of govt. it is) Leader and their Title: Symbol/flag: Optional Environment (And location in relation to canterlet, basically north south etc): Describe what kind of environment is generally seen in your nation or if you have a mix of environments tell about them as well. Two Primary Resources: (Anything from Apples, to Timber, to good Iron, etc. This is what your nation will mainly trade in) General Race Composition: (Basically what race or races comprise the general population of your nation) General Race Description: (This is mainly for single race nations but can work for multiples. Is the breed of pony or w/e here different then ponies and such born elsewhere? Are they larger, smaller, weaker, stronger? Don't OP this) General Race Personality: How does the race act towards newcomers, friends, are they forgiving or hold a grudge. Every nation has a general reputation for their personality what is yours? 2 Primary Nation Traits: (Warlike, Industrious, Peaceful, Techy, etc.) Culture and Description: This may fall in with Race personality, but a tell a bit about the culture. Any general or specific beliefs? Superstitions? etc.? Buildings: Optional. Basically what materials does your empire generally use in the construction of their buildings, fortifications, etc. What are your buildings made from. I should mention if you want an OC nation your character has to be approved before the nation. Anyhow I guess I should say one of the ones I will be controlling is Norse themed. Viking ponies if you would. Mix of Earth ponies, Unicorn, and Pegasi. Leader will be a young Warchief/Oberjarl. Rough life, rough customs, and very very warlike. But you can already come up with ideas for nations and such. Just remember you might have to temper your OC as to not OP them.

How about this, if you want you can try and write up a redo draft of what I have currently written up and PM it to me. Right now, I'm drawing blanks on what to edit in. My motivation is currently at a low for this. Give me a little hope and I'll try and do my best to be worthy of it.

The reason I say 6-7 is that I know some people will leave without a word, At worst probably 3-4. So if we start with 6-7 people and lose 3-4 we will still have say 2-4 RPers not counting myself. Its just a bit of a superstition I have so please just humor me. 1 more person and I'll get to setting up a character and nation sheet. I want to know that the work I'll be putting into this RP won't be wasted. With many RPers the chance of this RP being abandoned in the first two days will be greatly diminished.

Basically this is more of me asking if someone would be willing to create a RP based off the anime Deadman Wonderland, but you know, for ponies. I am relatively new to that fandom so I wouldn't feel... in proper position to host such a RP, but if somepony more experienced were to host this RP I'd be more then willing to join it. So, anypony here ever seen Deadman Wonderland and willing to host a Pony RP based off of it? (To me it feels kind of like Rainbow Factory, but with all the citizens knowing whats going on. x.x) So I take it by no replies to this that Im the only demented brony on here x.x thats very comforting.

Nah its alright. The only way I can do this RP is if I get like 3-4 more people to sign up with good characters. If you have a good character and know about 2-3 other people with good characters that would be willing to sign up.... yeah. Might get this to work i dont know.

Blergh sounds like a lot of work for little hope of gaining anything. I've already tried 4x before hosting RPs and they've always ended up dying anyway. I feel like this might be just like those other RPs except I'd be putting more work into this one just have to have it die. Sorry for pessimism here, might just be the weather messing with me I dunno. My opinion might change and I might do something, but right now I am in doubt of this RP ever becoming an actual RP and it will more or less remain as one of the many OOC Discussions that never took off as a RP .3.

I guess, but since nopony posts or anything I guess not? I dunno. I've pretty much given up hope that anypony else will really join. I've only got 2 people that have applied and been accepted and even they haven't posted in the RP thread because I believe they want more people as well. Sadly nopony else is showing up or posting up their characters, etc.

Blackheart was a bit unnerved by the unpleasantness of the situation and was glad that it was resolved. He didn't like these social situations and found it odd that one with such a supposed scholary attitude would own a slave. No, Blackheart doubted that the pony was really a slaveowner. It was plain to Blackheart's eyes to see that the unregistered pony was being covered for by the supposed 'slaveowner'. Blackheart proceeded to get into the rowboat without a word. He eyed the others, unsure of what to make of them. Ironically, he had only spoken to one of them during the entire voyage and that conversation had only been at the end. Well, Blackheart had spoken to the captain for a bit and shared a few stories, but that was about it as far as he had conversed. Now he waited, he was excited on what the uncharted lands would hold in store for him.

Again need more people before we can really start.

Blackheart was already waiting by the captain. He wondered what the captain wanted, perhaps he was just warning them of the dangers they would find. Blackheart shrugged to himself. The captain seemed like a decent enough sort and one that had seen a good share of battles if his eyepatch were anything to say as well as his uniform. Blackheart hung back at one of the sides of the ship. He was still within earshot of the captain, but not close enough so he'd have to worry about his social awkwardness making him look like a fool.
