Hello there, my crowd! Welcome to my Weekly Musings: Orange Edition.
[I ❤ JAPAN] -- [I ❤ THE COLOR RED] -- [I ❤ CELESTIA]
Feel free to leave a video request. Your video will eventually be featured in a future Weekly Musings entry!
Hey there, my crowd!
World record~!
If you are wondering why this is late, it's because I meant to post this on Monday, but I had a really bad day on Monday. I had a doctor's appointment, and the person who was suppose to pick me up arrived late. I would have tried to call myself a ride or something, but my phone was suddenly out of service ON THAT DAY.
By the time I got home, it was so late that I didn't have the time or energy to make and post this.
Continuing a saga that started recently, my mother was able to get the medical procedure that she needed!
After getting her appointment canceled the week before last, she was able to get a new one right away. No additional waiting. We are both hoping this one will lead to a much longer amount of pain relief.
MOVIE TIME! Out of sheer curiosity, I saw A MINECRAFT MOVIE. Gotta tell ya, it's so very fitting that they called it "A" movie, as in not the definitive way to experience Minecraft. The creators went on record saying that they wanted to create something different with Minecraft that hadn't been done before. Well, they succeeded. I am not even a dedicated fan that knows everything, yet even I know that this movie made and introduced a bunch of things that don't appear in the game and never had (not even to promote this movie). And it just left me wondering why... In making something unique, they only misrepresented the game. There was only ONE scene were all the humans were actually having fun in Minecraft, and we should've had more of that. Overall, this movie really was just Jack Black being Jack Black. It's silliness for the sake of silliness. If you're a kid that likes Minecraft, you'll like this. If you're a fan of Jack Black, you might like this. But if you're a dedicate Minecraft fan, you'd probably get something better from a fanfilm.
Zeztz 10: Let's Paint A Requiem.
In feels so surreal right now. Here we are on episode 10; getting a glimpse at the full potential of Zeztz's green form. However, when Zeztz learns that the nameless villain use to be Fujimi's partner, he tries to confront him. Just about any story about the three paintings loses a little bit of interest when we finally learn the enemy's name; VOX. And if that wasn't big enough, he calls himself an agent. What could it all mean? What will these paintings reveal when combined? It feels weird because we haven't seen all of Zeztz' forms yet; then again, we are in the double digits, so I guess it makes sense for the story to pick up now.
Zeztz 11: A Violet Curtain Call!
Once again, the story almost takes a backseat. I knew the three paintings would combine to reveal something, but I wasn't expecting that! Zero is clearly hiding something, but I want to believe he wants to help Zeztz, not harm him. We got a glimpse of Zeztz's purple form. And finally, we see why VOX stole the Recovery Capsem. He used it to repair a henshin driver and a Capsem... And if that wasn't enough, he claims to want revenge; but for what?
Last of all, I just want to say... Don't be surprised if my activity drops the next two days. I gotta do my final preparations for Thanksgiving. Wish me a fun holiday, everyone.
That's it for now, my crowd.
Take care, and smell the pumpkin.
It is always so refreshing when you see people in Japan haven't abandoned a property that use to be so popular. I made memories around this as my first entry into the Gundam franchise. Even if only for a moment, I am glad to see it revived in this loving tribute, complete with material from the manga that never made it into the TV show proper. This is "Mobile Suit Gundam Wing 30th Anniversary Video -Operation 30th-".
