  1. Same here. I feel like no matter what I do, I cannot keep people interested in conversations anymore. Anyway, with that said, I'm thinking of what I should do with my growing video game backlog and what needs to be taken care of first.
  2. It's still a bit complicated but I'm either a mix of bi/pan and demi/ace. It's difficult to tell what exactly I fall in.
  3. I'm feeling left out again, as usual. I just wish the concept of friendship didn't become an overly complicated puzzle.
  4. I realized the Dall-E image generator generates some...interesting results if you have "x in WCW/WWE/ECW/AEW" or a professional wrestler in a non-wrestling scenario.

  5. The game with the worst AI I've experienced is one from a lesser-known video game: your AI partner in the Uncanny X-Men on the NES. Not only does it wander around aimlessly, it will repeatedly attack anything, even if no enemies are present. Giving it a ranged character is just asking for trouble because you will hear the attack sound every second. Rarely does it actually do anything, such as attack other enemies. Furthermore, you're required to take the AI partner. Thankfully, you can off the AI partner and get things done. Another game with really bad AI is Grand Theft Auto III. In one mid-game mission, you're supposed to have your ally plant bombs on a boat. However, he tends to run headfirst into enemy fire. Thankfully you don't have to pay him on subsequent mission failures, which is very nice because that mission is tough. The AI will also shoot point blank into walls and barricades because you're near their direction. This allows you to either take them out with grenades, sniper rifle rounds or rockets.
  6. Happy Pride Month!

  7. I'm feeling fine tonight. I'm glad the weekend is a three-day one.
  8. So after I played Home Alone 2: Lost in New York for the Game Boy, it showed that Imagineering, the developers, learned nothing from their mistakes from other licensed game missteps. They merged with Absolute and repeated the same mistakes they did as Imagineering. Sometimes gaming companies don't learn their lesson the first time.

Even worse - all three iterations of Home Alone 2 on Nintendo platforms came out the same month as Super Mario Land 2 did in Japan (10/21/1992). It's unreal how quantity over quality was back then (and still is) the mindset of shovelware developers and publishers.

  9. The feeling when you have a lot to do tonight, but you don't have a plan what to do first.

  10. The last thing I had to drink was water because I was really thirsty tonight.
  11. When I first played World of Warcraft, I lost interest in just about every other game. Ironically, the same thing happened years later when I found a game that made me lose interest in that game. Once I found a good hockey and baseball simulator game, that was the end of World of Warcraft for me. Funny how things work...
  12. Waking up to ankle pain and not exactly sure why it hurts.
  13. It's too hot here yesterday and now today. Please let there be some cooling down soon.
  14. I think I may have a bit of a caffeine addiction and it's been difficult to curb.
  15. While several people said EA, Activision and Ubisoft (the latter two esp. with their toxic workplace culture), which I definitely agree with, I'll throw in another one as well: Take-Two Interactive and its subsidiaries. They're greedy and have been milking GTA5/GTA Online until the cows come home. They also released the definitive cash grab of the GTA Trilogy last November that introduced hundreds of glitches that didn't exist in the original games. The $60 USD price tag is not worth it either, when it added nothing to the table except minimal quality of life stuff and questionable graphics updates. If this is your way to get back at DMCAing modders for alleged copyright infringement, then congratulations, you've turned your fans against you. Another reason why they're greedy: Just look at how they made NBA 2K20 like a literal casino game. Pokémon can't have gambling anymore due to stricter gambling restrictions in European countries, but T2/2K can due to a loophole.
  16. I also had a bottle of water because I've been thirsty all day today.
  17. You know, I actually don't mind rainy days in May. It helps keep things cool...for now.

If it's not the heat and humidity that get you, it's the derechoes and wind events prevalent in the summer in the midwest.

I like the rain but I much prefer when it's warm and sunny. :BrightMacContent:

The sun means more in Ireland.

  18. Rarity giving the weather right now where I live: "Twilight, it's raining." Twilight: (sarcastically) "No...really?"

@Magic Note Thank you for being awesome!

  21. As much as Mega Man X7 was a bad game, I can appreciate what things it did right. Such as giving Axl character development (thank god he's better in X8), and having upgrades go back to X1-X4's style instead of X5-X6's collect all pieces to use that armor.
  22. Thank you for the follow!

  23. Eek! The laptop aliens have invaded Earth and they're going to take over the world! Aggggh help!
  24. Batman and Robin, of course. Who is the lead singer of Aerosmith?
