Yes, I used my mind to pick up a spoon with two hands and then bend it. Telekinesis is easy.

I figured how magicians do it and just do that, It freaks people out 

I did it around a pastor once though, she started freaking out and started shouting about demons and stuff
I had to explain to her how the trick worked, wich ruined it for everybody else
