It's now been 30 years since the World Wide Web has been started. At first, it was mostly used by scientists to trade informations with each other, before it was even part of the Internet.
And today, we pretty much use it everyday and is probably one of the most important inventions of our time, just like the Telephone was in the last 19th century.
If the World Wide Web wasn't invented, none of us would be here.

Wait, 30 years?! You sure the World Wide Web is as old as you? I thought it was made in the mid-90's.

@Will Guide It's true will, it really was made in march 89, 9 months before my birth.
Like i said, back then normal mortals had no access to it. When the internet kinda got rolling in the mid 90s, pretty much all computer used the world wide web, to navigate through the Internet.
The World Wide Web is not necessarily connected with the internet.
