    It's pretty bizarre that people are claiming Aku was inspired by Discord, whereas the opposite is probably more true.

      A lot of people I've noticed now seem to think Aku was this incredibly serious and not comedic at all villain in the past, and it's only in this new season that he's become silly, so if it's the same people, they might think the "Discord inspiration" caused this supposed change. Even though Aku's always been that way in reality, and they just aren't remembering it for some reason.
