An abridged series is where you take the original series animation/video and put sound and story over it using various effects and voices to make a unique series, Friendship is Witchcraft for popular reference, but Scootertrix has a good invested series.

My series in particular is still pending as I'm almost done with the first episode. But it's premise is to be silly and kind of exaggerate certain traits of characters or blowing them out of proportion, like Pinkie Pie gets happy...

So, you've taken the characters and amped their personalities to 11? Like for instance, super-happy Pinkie, super-confident Dash, super-shy Fluttershy, and so on? Sounds fun! x) Then I'll check out the first ep when you release it, sounds neat.
