It's been over a year since my last status update and I feel like nothing has changed. I'm still not doing anything against my fears, because I'm too afraid (oh, the irony). Forcing myself to do things is just plain unenjoyable and exhausting and doing it over and over doesn't make it any more bearable. It just makes me want to withdraw completely.
