    Hello there everyone and how is your day going mine is going fine so far but something is bothering me though. I would like to have a oc but don't know if that's free or if it costs money and if it does I'd rather not have one then

      Making an OC is free. You are only limited by your imagination, my friend. :eager:
      But if you don't feel like making an OC from scratch, you can always pay for an adoptable. That's an OC someone else has made, but they're giving it away for a price.
