      is 24gb the size of the game tiself or the download?

      Because I assume games get unpacked after they're being downloaded, which of course causes them to take up some space. So yeah, I'm afraid you'll need to delete something

      Some say some specific game (Ether One is mentioned) might cause the issue, others suggest to boot the ps4 in safe mode and rebuild the database or even backup everything and reinitialize the console itself.

      If you don't have any original species characters, that might be a good choice. I recommend having a pair of twins in your collection of OCs as well. It's good to have a variety of characters to choose from. Can I see a list of your OCs? I'd love to get an idea of what you already have.

      I've finally gotten around to giving your OCs a read. My challenge for you is to create a normal pony without a dark history. Basically, you're trying to create the average happy citizen of Equestria. The real challenge is trying not to make them perfect, but not making their history dark. Rarity and Fluttershy are good examples, both having their character flaws that don't make them terrible ponies.
