@@Lloyd @@Blitz Boom I think I can make things work to have Penny in Canterlot in the afternoon the day after the fight with the demon, but she's already part of the story for the next morning in Ponyville. Also, don't worry about setting anything up for me to join in, I can make my introduction work regardless of how your part of the story goes (aside from teleporting out of Canterlot altogether, or something improbable like that).

@@Blitz Boom @@Lloyd I have an idea on how I want to introduce Penny, so we can start anywhere in the streets of Canterlot. If you want to start indoors with a view outside, that could work, too. He doesn't even have to be looking outside for Penny to be able to get his attention, but an open window might help. One thing first, Lloyd, does Francis have a cutie mark in his disguise or not? Your character's bio says two different things.

I believe we reached a point where we could just end the day of the fight in Ponyville. Is there anything I'm missing from that scene? I don't want to just assume it's all over there and leave someone hanging.

@@Blitz Boom @@Denim&Venom @@P-Jay Vivid's message would carry through Charlie much like she had hoped, though, to Queen Allure it would sound like a voice on the telephone instead of sounding as if they were in the same room. "Well, I guess I'm off to find the doctor then. Bye!" Charlie was excited, likely not seeing the full depth of the situation. To Charlie, this would just be another adventure, with another new place to explore, even if it wasn't real. Soon though, Charlie would walk among the living and be able to explore the beauties of the waking world like one never could in that long life spent as a tree. "I've got to go find Doctor Xeno. Do you two want to come with me?" Even with this current form, Charlie's eyes were very expressive, practically begging for a "yes" from both of them. @@Blitz Boom "And what do you see of his impact on that future?" the Traveler asked, pointing his hoof toward a bearded pony looking around. The pony in question was searching for the perfect spot to build the clock tower. His current future would show many possibilities, each affecting the fight in many different ways that only Zhu could currently see. @@Blitz Boom When Briar and the doctor arrived, they would see Doctor Xeno unconscious with his horn imbedded in the tree, and Seamore holding a saw above the changeling's horn. At least, the doctor would see it, but Briar most likely be able to feel the changes in the wind. To them it might seem like Seamore, oblivious to their presence, was about to try cutting off Doctor Xeno's horn. What they wouldn't see from that angle, however, would be a notch in the other side of the tree, cut to control the direction the tree would fall. The notch was higher up than where Miles had his horn, but this was so Seamore could cut well above him, therefore lessening the risk that the weight might shift and cause more damage.

@@Blitz Boom @@Lloyd One of my OCs owns a chocolate shop in Canterlot... (although she's involved in the main story, so anything involving her can't be on the same days as the fight or the repairs the following day). If the events are before the battle, it could help me paint a picture of some of the events leading up to the fight.

Sorry for the delays again. I'm really sick with a terrible stomach bug. It's so bad that I collapsed this morning from dehydration. If I feel better by the end of the day I'll try to get a post done.

@@Blitz Boom Sorry to postpone, but work was extra exhausting today. I was happy when the power went out because getting all the customers out of the store gave me a chance to catch up with the work I needed to do. Still, I had to stay late to finish up, and I have almost no energy right now. I don't expect tomorrow to be much better because I have to work early tomorrow, too. However, I don't work Saturdays, so I might get a post in tomorrow night or some time Saturday. I went from starting my shifts at 1:30PM to starting at 7AM, so it can be a bit hard to adjust.

@@Blitz Boom @@Driz A couple minor corrections: The Diamond that the demon was sealed in wasn't stolen by the Ananasi, guard duty was transferred to them. They created the giant spider, imbedding the diamond in its back and put it in a labyrinth with other treasures (the other treasures being decoys to hide the fact that the diamond was the real treasure). The Traveller (the hippo with wings) was the one who moved the Diamond Spider to the Everfee forest to set in motion events that would destroy the demon once and for all, freeing its victims. The demon itself used Charlie as a vessel to conceal himself, becoming visible only because they were separated, not because he had enough power to manifest himself. It took more power to conceal himself than he had access to, which is why he resorted to this method.

@@Driz I would say this is more of an "Anything Goes" style of RP than a "Slice-of-Life" RP. We somehow went from cooking marshmallows in the forest to fighting a giant spider to cutting down trees, then from traversing the Realm of Dreams to fighting a demonic creature that tears people from the memories of the world. The demonic creature was defeated in Ponyville, then its victims from millennia ago came back in large numbers in Ponyville. A temporary settlement is being created to the North of Ponyville right now for them. Most of them are from before Equestria was created, and not all of the victims are ponies (a great opportunity to introduce a character out of their time). @Blitz Boom can catch you up on other parts of the RP. I almost forgot to mention that one of my characters took one of Blitz's characters back in time to early Ponyville and will be bringing him back further.

No promises... "Sissilia, no! That's not food, it's someone's pet! Drop it right now!"

Charlie's response was delayed, and Charlie seemed to be talking a little slower than normal, at least to Queen Allure. To the others it would sound normal however. "It seems this dream is running a bit slow. To answer your other questions: Yes, you are awake; I was used as sort of a vessel by the demonic creature you freed me from; I don't know how I got back to the Realm of Dreams; and your dream door should work just fine." This time, Charlie would sound normal to Queen Allure, and faster to Vivid and her guest.

I'm not sure if it's intentional, but that long wait at the emergency room gives enough time to pass the gallstones, which was the case with me. I went to the hospital for the same pain, but the gallstone passed before I was seen by a doctor. That can only happen with smaller gallstones I believe, so I was one of the lucky ones, but at the very least, I can relate to the pain you felt going into the hospital.

@everyone I'm sorry I haven't been posting much lately. Though my schedule is changing, it has been a very busy week at work, and my schedule still isn't optimal. I've been exhausted. I'll try to get a post done soon.

It looks like my schedule is finally improving. In the next two weeks I only have a total of four shifts where I'm scheduled until 10, and in three weeks I don't have any. This means I'll finally have time to post more often. It's the change I've been waiting for.

@@Blitz Boom Basically, I'm treating the RP like it's the newspaper they would be editing, which is why newspaper was mentioned in the notes.

Blitz has a Night Guard batpony OC there, trying to settle an issue that was about to turn violent. The different types of ponies aren't getting along. One slightly older Pegasus Guard is on a roof overseeing things after making an announcement, but others may or may not be above his rank. Tents are being setup outside Ponyville for the returned victims of The Forgotten One, all of which are from before Equestria was founded. Other than that, there aren't any specifics.
