    Looks like my iPhone just died :lostit:

    The battery ran dry and it hasn't turned on yet, although I have it plugged for like 40 minutes or so

      Try heating it up with a hair dryer or some kind of heating. It can revive it. I've had to do it with my last two phones.

      @Flutterstep Just tried. Didn't work.

      Forgot to mention that it's SE that I have since 2017, and it lately showed clear signs of:

      - battery wearing off (drying up sooner than usual)

      - faulty charging port (which I cleaned up by the way)

      Need to move cable in a port until it starts charging. I start thinking that "dry battery" mode doesn't properly understand when the cable sits right in it and when not. It shows me the red battery without cable, meaning that it is charging but not ready to turn back on, but WHEN will it be ready?..
