Honestly, I try to avoid naps because I made the experiences that when I make a nap at the day, I am often more tired after it at the beginning, but when I want to go to bed later that day, I can not fall asleep and on the next day, I am totally tired again. Well, technically I am good at it (since I fall really fast asleep), but I avoid it.
