Catpone Cerberus

It's been around 30°C for about a month now in Finland, it's just awful. 
Our buildings are not build for this kind of heat, I've been barely able to sleep due to how hot my apartment is, and that's with my movable AC on full blast as much as possible, probably multiplying my coming electricity bill. The worst part is, this being a brick building, even if the weather cooled down, the inside won't cool down until maybe at winter.
