Also if you're so inclined to believe CCP propaganda, wouldn't you also believe the lie that the virus was brought to China by the US Army?

Yet about a week later WHO changed their stance to this, after it was clear that human-human transmission was indeed occurring (also it did not fully know everything about the virus at the time):

If trump and the republicans were actually paying attention, rather than stating that the virus will magically disappear/trying to downplay its severity and using scapegoats for covering up their own incompetence, perhaps there'd be less deaths:

As for your point about Chinese propaganda, I can tell what is and what isn't a form of propaganda. Unless they have indisputable evidence, I highly doubt that it came from the US Army, as the US military would have been vaccinated against the virus beforehand. Could China have done more? Absolutely - it could have not attempted to cover up the virus and threaten doctors who originally discovered it and warned people about it in the early days of the outbreak (and also try to contain it sooner), as you pointed out. That being said, after they stopped trying to cover it up they did at least take swift action to deal with the virus and went into lockdown; something they would not have done lightly, unless they felt the virus would wipe out a significant amount of their population. That also being said, I do think they've covered up their official figures to the point of inaccuracy and I suspect the deaths and infection rate was far higher than reported in China.

However, I still feel the USA should have shutdown far earlier to give time to contain the virus and track those who were in contact with infected individuals rather than downplay it. 

You seem to think that by me blaming the CCP I'm somehow clearing the US government of all responsibility. I'm not. I agree, they could have and should have done more to contain the virus.

But I still hold the CCP as directly responsible for the virus outbreak and all the deaths it caused. Incompetent response is one thing, but it was the CCP who covered up the virus for two months, blamed it on the US (and later Italy), and lied about their own death toll to make themselves the "experts" on dealing with the virus. Those same "experts" who were sent to help in Italy, which is still far in the red. Also if I'm not mistaken a lot of the medical supplies sold to Europe were faulty, plus the CCP threatened to withhold drugs from the US in order to let the virus wipe us out.

The US government is indirectly responsible for the deaths. They sat idly by during the spread, but they did not actively help it spread, nor did they actively hinder other countries from dealing with the virus. The CCP is directly responsible, and I will take the final death toll once the pandemic blows over as that of a bioweapon released onto the world.

Yep, there's a lot of that going around. I don't really mind it too much, being an introvert and getting paid and all, but it's a real issue for some folks.

Yeaah I was getting paid leave but it was only for 14 days...and that 14 days is up. So I'm not getting paid anymore.  I'm thinking about applying at a grocery store or someplace else high in demand for employees right now. 

That sounds like a good idea. Although given the current situation, the working conditions might be worse than usual. I'd be careful.

I pretty much like all the gems. But Spinel and Peridot are awesome. I originally started watching the show because a friend said that when he saw Spinel, it reminded him of me. So I ended up watching the whole show to catch up with the movie just to see what he was talking about.

This was way before the time I told him how I was abandoned in a park by an older friend when I was really little. Told to stand still and wait. Only for them to never come back.

I've never had to deal with that in real life, thankfully, but I did have this one friendship end that way. Probably why I like Spinel so much, I relate to her a lot.

I don't really care for the show at all though, I'm mostly here for Spinel.
