Well, looks like Youtube has screwed itself up... again...

Assalamualaikum! How are you?
I just returned to the site myself. Glad to see you're still on the site.
-
Alhamdulilah I'm doing well. Got a ton of ideas and projects planned that I need to sort all out. Classic case of "so much stuff, so little time".
I hardly visit this site anymore as I honestly have not many reasons to do so. I'm trying to boost my IRL social skills and trying to find a life for myself away from a computer screen.

I had to realize, online dating is not worth it. It will only ruin your life. So if anybody ever considered trying to get that special someone on the internet, don't do it. You most likely will never succeed and only leaves you with a broken heart

According to my neighbor, there are kittens stuck inside the basement somewhere, and while i can hear them crying, i can't see them anywhere :/

FUN FACT TIME!
Did you know that Spitfire, the Leader of the Wonderbolts, is (most likely) named after the British fighter aircraft, the Supermarine Spitfire?
The Supermarine Spitfire was an aircraft used in tons of battles, but most notably, the Battle of Britain; Great Britain (as well as its commonwealth nations) defending the mainland against the invading Luftwaffe.
So... yeah!

So @Recherche kind of brought to my attention that many of you out there probably have no idea what my name means. He was able to figure it out. Can you? If not I guess I’ll explain it.

Hi! How's it going?

Alhamdulilah thanks! Thanks for the follow. Just read your profile and it's good to have another fellow Muslim to chat with on this site. Recently I've been getting distracted by constantly being on MLPForums, so I've decided to take a long-needed break from this site (again) to focus on learning iOS app development with Swift 4. Got a nice long playlist of tutorial videos lined up!
I also do front-end development of websites though I'm still somewhat a newbie at HTML and CSS. I'm also trying to understand how to integrate SQL databases with website services - 'cause full-stack developers are 220% cooler than those who can only do design or one-end development.

Embrace your flaws.
No one wants a Mary sue. it can be annoying for a person who has no visible flaws. Everyone has them.

I'm doing an evaluation of all the stuff I own and the stuff in my room. It's time for a spring clean-out of sorts. You should too

Aaaand I finished S8 E6. Man oh man what an episode! I literally got chills of excitement the whole way through. Great introduction to the Hippogriff kingdom and new characters too! Song was decent and episode's moral theme was... insightful. Can't wait for Applegeek's reaction video!

I've actually seen this Lamborghini in person (blue car at start of video)
-
Ha! No way. One of those will set you back $700,000+ CAD bro!
Here's another video and a little insight into the Toronto car scene. At 2:14 you can see the same Lamborghini. Who knows I might see some of these cars in the coming summer. I'll only ever think about car ownership when I can have peace of mind that I'm forking in serious amounts of dough on a periodical basis. But hey, inshallah if I work hard enough at learning programming and get good clients with a strong protfolio I could land $80K annually by 2025 (rough estimate).

So Chibiland launched a lineup of MLP Movie merchandise - including Hijabs. I don't know how to feel about this - for the most part it looks great, but in Islam putting items which have physical traits of living beings on clothing - especially religious-oriented clothing is not permissible. In other words remove the physical character depiction on the hijab and it'd be a-ok. The rest of the design looks pretty awesome IMO.

Well my new computer arrived, so this is the last status update I'll be making on this computer. I had good times with this, but I need something better.
