Need help. My Windows taskbar is still transparent even when I turn transparency off. I want a solid black taskbar :/
Also am not willing to use any programs to change the taskbar (ex TaskbarX). I want to do it vanilla, not having to rely on a program every startup.

See if this settings work (it might be global to all windows, not just the taskbar).
You can search for it, but otherwise go to Settings (the cog icon on the start menu) -> Personalization -> Colors and scroll down to see the option Transparency effects. When you turn it off, the taskbar should become solid, but so does the other windows as well (no more glass effect). Well, you might be able to find more options in there, like how much transparency in percentage you want. In the end, you might find a balance you can work with.

My transparency effects are already off. On my end, enabling it will only affect the settings menu and start menu. Taskbar just stays the same transparency. I might have broke my taskbar ever since I had taskbarX installed. I uninstalled it a few weeks ago, though. Windows 10 has been coded by coders with ape brains (joking btw) so some of the stuff within windows just doesn't make sense (such as having the entire OS be dark mode but when you open the classic control panel, everything in that window is white). Too bad they got rid of the old Windows 10 wallpaper because I liked the darker background and not something super bright lmao. Anyways, I'll prolly try to figure out the solution myself. Thanks for the help though!

I just tried out Paypal's new Pay-In-4 option. Now I have a new Ryzen 7 3700X coming to my doorstep lol! Only paid roughly $89 but am paying another $89 within the upcoming payment days (every two weeks).

I was able to talk to my old coworkers today! I was glad to see them again but I realized my old workplace is just falling apart (not physically, but like, mentally, which doesn't make any sense the way I worded this lol).

The skywars community on Hypixel (most popular Minecraft server) is probably the absolute worst. Seriously, almost every player is so cold hearted and purely toxic. But I guess that's like everything else that's considered to be that competitive lol.

Sony Vegas Pro 15 and above are terrible. Laggy hell for me. Sony Vegas 14 and 13 are great tho lol.

I only just noticed that this site has been going through some DDoS attacks. Damn...
no wonder why I had so much trouble trying to connect to this site for the past few days. Not to mention, my internet keeps cutting out for some odd reason. Ethernet decides to keep dying out on me until I turn on and off my wifi.

Yep - MLP Forums is a big enough deal that someone thought it was worth spending money and risking a criminal record to try and disrupt us. They've been at it all week but our magic of friendship is stronger!
I believe we have a pretty decent moat set up now that's protecting us against this attack but if you encounter any trouble using the site again, please post about it in the Site Questions forum; trouble reports from users are still a very helpful way of finding out that something needs attention.
Protip: I've developed a personal habit of ctrl+c'ing what I wrote up before clicking submit, especially during times of intermittent connectivity, just in case my connection to the site drops while it tries to transmit my post. It's a habit I've found useful outside of MLPF even moreso than here.

It's always every Monday, where my mother keeps nagging at me and asking me what I want to do with my life. She's still pissed off about my new job just because it's further away from home and because I'm working less hours (that's the point, I wanted to work more casual hours, not work an entire day to do closing wtf). She keeps nagging about how I should've joined the military/navy instead and why I should not have a computer anymore like there's some imaginary house rule that I'm not allowed to play games or something. So much more I can complain about right now, but man.... it sucks living in a family of Asians who have super high expectations and who are so heavily conservative.
Forgot to mention, she's still threatening to kick me out of the house.
