They do, but they also wouldn't make a Lyra Heartstrings spinoff. So as long as we're in a hypothetical world, might as well hope they also realize their current writing is slowing ruining the series.

I think MLP should've ended after Season 4, TBH.

MLP was originally supposed to end after Season 3 but it kept going &

after Twilight Sparkle earned her castle in "Twilight's Kingdom" I've felt like the seasons that

followed didn't really have a "This is in case we're cancelled" ending that wraps everything up.

I was fine with it continuing because it's still been putting out a few quality episodes. But now I'm really wishing it had come to a stop at the end of season 7, or after the movie. I'm just not getting any positive vibes from season 8 so far.
