@Blitz Boom His element sparked out, it's glow stopped, then Warlock sensed his body falling over. turning to see a negative space in magic. "What the Tartarus?" He muttered, leaping out the way of Null, falling onto the ground. Trying to get on his legs, grumbling a little, he stomped his leg into the ground, cracking it apart and spreading ambers out of it, Warlock floating away from Null and forming a red hot sword floating inches from his hoof. "What a shame for a witch to be unable to use magic. At least the magic I take I can use." He leaped at her, Astral flying down, pushing Warlock and throwing him further down the road, Warlock standing upwards floating up to stop sliding across the road, growling at her. "Well it seems we have an advantage after all." Astral turned back to Null, smiling. "Unlikely." He crossed his hooves in front of himself, swinging them outwards, sending a blast at them, only knocking Astral away and dissipating nearby both Null and Void, giving Warlock a clue towards their ability. "I can still kill these two without magic." He levitated up a food cart over to himself, throwing it at Null, Astral unconscious now and unable to help. ================================================================ Iron Wing nodded, looking down the hallway. "I'll need somepony to guide me to them." He lifted up the damaged feathers, looking around for a place to put them. "and I'll need a bag or something to put these in."

@Blitz Boom Astral felt her magic return, she stepped a hoof onto the ledge outside the window. "I'm starting to doubt we can void his magic." "Void and Null though! They can nullify magic." Her ears perked up as the names caught her attention. "We don't know how to contact them or where they are right now." A swirl of smove formed around her extended hoof, moving outwards as it created a sword. "For now, we deal with this. Or I do it myself" She fell backwards out the window. "Wait!" Misty ran out, seeing Astral blasting off into the distance. Iron Star fell down on the floor, caughing out blood. "I strongly hope I can recover from that." His eyes opened up. Scanning for Athriel star. "I know where Athriel is, she's looking for an element. We can stop her before she finds it." "You're injured sir." Wing walked into the room, picking up the blades to his feathers. "We all are, we can't rush out and deal with another element of disharmony. It could end like what just happened." He looked at the feathers, seeing that the markings were damaged on several feathers. The ones left over formed very fragmented wings, with visible spaces in between the layers. "As much as stopping her before she can get it would be smart, we can't do that." Iron Wing walked over to the window, tilting his wings, the feathers shifting around to fill the spaces. "We already have one element to handle, so let's handle it." He flapped his wings a few times, more feathers falling out. "Yeah you'll have to get that fixed first." Iron Star said with a smirk, putting a hoof to his eyes, black mist around them, he opened his eyes, his iris a deep red, his eyes appeared to be healed now, although with a scar across the eyelids and the surrounding skin. "Who made your wings? You could get them to fix the markings." "I believe Benny did, but somepony else etched the markings on them." He looked to Benny. "Or was that also you?" The Changelings got up, some flying to Ponyville. Francis watching the Changelings fly off. "Could Warlock absorb love magic?" He asked tilting his head, Nectar looking to him. "I'd hope not, then my army would be a feast for him." "Keep in mind something about Warlock, his range of magic increases the more the element has. So if that is the case, Equestria would end pretty quickly." With those words the Changelings who hadn't left, all looked at each other. "We shouldn't assume right now though, we need the help." The Changelings sighed in relief, flying off as well. "Same goes to the unicorn guards, even if you're a source of magic, you can still help without magic." ==================================== With a loud crash Warlock hit the ground, tumbling across and hitting into a food cart. "Gah!" He stood up, looking around, smirking as he noticed the owner of the cart was now having his magic absorbed. "What a nice start, right next to a unicorn." He grinned, the pony soon fainting at the sight of Warlock, he chuckled a little. Looking at the lack of his legs, without a cloak to hide them, he'd certainly stand out, ironically. Although now, Warlock would prefer attention, which would get him more magic. Astral landed on a roof of one of the houses, breaking in the roof. "Warlock!" "Come to take me prisoner?" He spotted a sword in her grasp. "Or do you desire to be worse than your mother?" He said, those words striking Astral deep, Astral frozen still by them.

@Blitz Boom Warlock grimaced as if in pain, and he really was, the element was pushing him to let it lash out, and absorb all the magic inside the amulet of gluttony, a level of power Warlock could sense. He wasn't a fighter though, and as much as he could give up and fly away he was in a bad situation to do so, letting them take him in would be a bad idea too, since he'd likely lose his armor and the element, even though it was in his chest. He started chuckling. "What a wonderful act here you all got, but I'm not going to give you a surrender." He attempted to stand up, struggling to as the element ended up eating at the magic Warlock himself had in store. "You'll have to stop the element first." His face went cold, now emotionless, sparks flying off him now letting the element take over, the sparks would lash out at the amulet and around Dew. as well as everyone else with magic in the room. Warlock hadn't exactly planned for what would happen next and he doubted himself that anypony else had either, of course he realized it was a stupid idea very quickly when the magic from both the amulet and the element of greed formed a pool of magic in between Dew and Warlock. Imploding inwards. Misty leaped back out of range of the amulet, and created a shield then being blasted backwards into a wall, cracking it, along with everypony else being thrown back, as the implosion of magic ruptured outwards. flinging sparks outwards as if tearing at the ground as the ball of magic hit Dew and Warlock throwing both of them a far distance. Warlock was thrown out the room and far down the hallway, tumbling with his armor suddenly gone as it faded into the air the spell that had held it together now gone. Misty fell down on the floor, gasping for air. "You're all idiots." She stood up, sparks of magic coming off of her. "There's no safe haven here if we have THAT protecting us!" She yelled pointing to Dew, who if he was fortunate, would not be unconscious due to being so close to the blast. "How the heck do we expect to use it on Warlock with a result like that!?" "Enough!" Iron Wing stood up, although he lacked wings now, as they blades laid thrown about on the ground, and without allow his wings to reconstruct, he ran out the door and went after Warlock. "Oh no you don't!" Warlock blasted through the ceiling and far up into the air creating a sonic boom blasting outwards across the ground, looking behind himself to see Iron Wing on the ground without his wings, slowing down about to teleport as he attempted to regain lost magic, realizing he needed to go to a town if he desired to leave, looking to Ponyville. "Warlock is heading to Ponyville!" Astral yelled pointing out the window to what would seem to be Warlock flying towards Ponyville at incredible speeds.

@Blitz Boom Well taking that into consideration, technically he'd still be unbeatable, without the amulet to stop him or help him, although with a reaction like that, Warlock would desire to stay as far away from the amulet as possible and anypony who wore the amulet would want to stay away from Warlock. Well there's also the chance that once Warlock doesn't have the element anymore, then it could be used. But it's unlikely he'd take it off with it infused into his chest.
-
@Blitz Boom Now would be a good time to discuss what should happen when the amulet meets the element, considering how close they are right now. Should they explode, should the element overpower the amulet, should the amulet over power the element, should to they do absolutely nothing, Or should they cancel eachother out? As you can tell how they should react is kinda a loaded question, or that's just me. Although my thinking is the element of greed would over power the amulet, since the element of greed is older and is more powerful as it is well, the element of greed, there's also the idea that the amulet was inspired by the element of greed and thus not as strong, since trying to replicate a element of disharmony would likely be difficult.

@Blitz Boom He very well knew this was a trap, he waved a hoof behind himself, sending out a blast in hopes to knock the guards away. His head being knocked away as a wing clipped the horn on his helmet, Iron Wing playfully spun the helmet on his hoof. "A horn for decoration? Bit desperate for intimidation." He threw the helmet on the ground, Warlock staring at him with a grim look, but without the helmet, the bleeding on the side of his head would be easier to see. Iron Wing took his moment to strike, blasting at Warlock, who ducked beneath him, grabbing the metal wing as it passed over his head, ripping it off and sending Wing tumbling across the ground. "Hypocrite." He said tossing the wing down, the blades in the wing separating apart and flying over to Iron Wing and reconstructing the wing. Wing grinned, spinning and throwing some feathers at Warlock, who dodged them, grabbing one but instead of heading towards Wing, he flew over to Dew, aiming the feather at Dew's chest, and another hoof at the amulet, although the feather flew back over to Wing, leaving Warlock to punch the amulet with his hoof and possibly break or crack it, and it was unlikely anypony knew what'd happen if it did that. Unless Dew reacted to prevent it.

@Blitz Boom Astral snickered a bit at Chow's small antics, almost laughing at him at his last one. "I should've told you they weren't going to kill us, but I thought you knew." Her eyes traced the path of smoke flying off of her, into the amulet. "Oh how much magic has that gathered so far?" She said turning to look at Golden. "You gave this guy the most concentrated source of magic or dark magic in Equestria." She reached out a hoof pointing to it, she turned her head to look at Dew. "Well he's a general and doesn't use magic, so he should be fine." "If Warlock can use this, He just became a target too, making it more likely Warlock will come." Iron Star cleared his throat. "That's kind of the idea the idea, we need to draw Warlock in. with you here that helps a little." Astral scoffed, looking disgusted. "So you're using ponies as bait?" She said looking to Golden, stepping away from Dew. "Not exactly ethical." There was a loud metal clattering echoing throughout the room, Nectar leaning down to the floor, reaching for a sword, although looking at everyone else in the room. "Sorry, just teleported one of my weapons in." She lifted up the sword with a hoof. "Will need it without being able to use magic around Warlock." She looked at Iron Star, moving over Astral and Chow. "Although all of us should have ordinary weapons thinking about it." "I'd make some but I'm scarce in magic." Nectar's horn glowed a little, she glanced up at it, looking out the window to see her changeling army running towards just one armored pony, heading towards them. "Uh oh." She stepped back from the window. "Watch out!" There was an armored pony bursting through the window, with a horn coming out of the helmet as if to make him look like a unicorn, and with many layers of armor yet he seemed to move effortlessly, Astral pulling Chow under her to keep him safe from the glass coming at them, the shards bouncing off her barely maintaining warding spell, which soon faded into the amulet. The pony hit the ground, sliding across it and lifting a broad sword, letting it hitting the ground while still holding it. "I haven't needed to wear armor in eons." He lifted the sword up, pointing it to Dew. "Not like the amulet works on naturally tough armor right?" He snickered, and his head was knocked to the side with a large sword from Nectar, Warlock falling over, tumbling a bit and sliding back into a standing position. "Don't expect to win just yet you eager fillies." ============================================================================ Iron Wing's ears perked up, his head turning to exit of the room as he heard a loud breaking of glass and some crashing,a sound Screecher could hear herself. "We need to get to the throne room Screecher!" He said before rushing out, flapping his wings to run at a higher speed.
-
@Blitz Boom With a huff, Warlock dropped the sword, walking past her. "Good luck on trying to stop me." he said with a grin. "I want to enact revenge on her no matter how I do it." he turned around. "And it seems, family, is one way of doing it." He said menacingly before teleporting away. There was a whooshing sound as smoke spiraled around near by Chow and Astral, Astral gasping a little as her cloak started to fly about she turned around to Warlock. "Warlock!" "You know what I said, did I not make my threats clear?" He grinned, leaning his body back, then leaping forward. Astral then quickly teleporting away to Canterlot with Chow while ending up leaving the cloak behind, Warlock tumbling on the floor sliding onto the cloak. He snickered as he stood up. "They have a trap set up in Canterlot, how foolish they think I would fall for it without seeing it." He stood there, keeping a close eye on them from where he was, waiting until he had a moment to strike. He formed a sword out of the air. "If they want a battle, they'll get one..." ================================================================ Astral and Chow would arrive to the palace, Astral frantically looking around not for the palace but for Warlock. "Come on, I'd think he would've followed us...." She slowly yet very cautiously walked over to the palace, looking up to the throne room from below. "Well we can't waste much time waiting for him to come and follow us I suppose." She walked through the doors, checking behind herself to make sure Chow was following her, routinely doing this, worried Warlock could rush in and snatch him again. ================================================================ Iron Star was able to sense a powerful source of magic outside the palace now that he was out of range, he stood up, walking to the window. "Something very, very powerful just arrived, But it doesn't seem like Warlock." His eyes narrowed,as the source neared, able to sense the pony with the power. "A little over board for a simple teleportation...." He said to himself quietly. Misty looked out the window. "Oh Astral is here!" Misty yelled out in excitement, her face showing a little dread. "But Warlock might be following her then...." "I'd suggest getting some guards to check on her to make sure Warlock didn't follow, but he'll come for her even if he didn't. The amulet should keep her safe as long as Warlock can't use it himself."

@Blitz Boom Astral closed her eyes, sighing heavily, she looked down, harnessing the energy was a ritual she hadn't done in months, with the book's instructions being mostly scorched near the end, she had to fill in the gaps. When she closed her eyes a little bit of fear striking her, imagining the destruction she could cause with unlimited power, the beauty of it... She let out a sigh, closing her eyes again, pitch blackness. Occasionally seeing visions, or just thoughts, about what destruction she could cause, and the idea, of breaking open death's door, or even forcibly bringing Sapphire, herself. That struck a cord of emotion, realizing with the right amount of magic, she could do it herself by taking the gem, and activating the horcrux. "The teleportation should be instantaneous." She said, black smoke starting to emanate from her. "Gathering the magic, would take more time, but that has been dealt with now." She looked around, seeing a fancy cloak in the corner, but scorched and burnt, one Warlock wore once, Astral levitating it over to herself, putting it around her body, tightening it around her neck, keeping her body hidden, looking somewhat like Sapphire did when she was evil. "So we can get going now that I've gathered it." She extended a sword, lifting it up, with strange blood magic like markings. She looked to him, lowering the sword. "You ready?" ============================================================================= Warlock felt, off, as he looked around, feeling uneasiness. He went blind for a moment, seeing Astral and Chow about to escape, but missing that Astral was turning evil. "No, no, no NO!" He growled loudly, tossing a sword into the ground and cracking the floor, with what seemed like molten rock in between the cracks, the element lashing out and forming larger cracks around him as well separating the floor a little, with lava in the cracks, his great anger on display, and a little of his power. "We don't have time! Astral and Chow are going to escape!" He growled, getting impatient now with the threat of not being able to get Sapphire on his side, as unlikely as that would be to begin with. Warlock rushed ahead down the stairs, creating a bright light to light the way, stopping a few steps down. "If you desire to Athriel, you could head back, prevent their escape." He looked up to her from below. "Or I could go back there, and make my threats clear and a reality." He lifted his sword up. "So do I go, or you?" He smirked a little, if Athriel did leave, she had a chance to show her own power, if Warlock went, he'd likely kill both of them, or remove some limbs. ============================================================================= "Ah well at least I can manage that so far, I've heard of situations similar to this which is why I can handle this, it's surprising Equestria has dealt with them at all, like Tirek, although the elements were helping each time, and now we are about to use fire to fight fire without them." Nectar scoffed. "I don't think you two are prepared Iron Star, Misty, constantly talking about how to defeat him, or Athriel, it worries me since either they are that powerful that you have no idea, or that you just don't have any way to defeat them. We're just wasting time not planning how to set up the trap." She walked over to Dew, looking down at the amulet. "I think we should start considering how to set it up, even if he could hear there is one set for him, he'll still come for you anyways." "Yeah but how do we draw him to us, he can't even use omnipotence to see stuff or hear stuff near this amulet" He said pointing to it. "He can see the amulet, and me from a distance, but if he knows what the amulet is...." His eyes opened up, with a stern look. "Or the crown that goes with it." He put his hooves together. "Poof, Equestria." He said while drawing the hooves apart. "More so if he finds out how to use it." Nectar looked to Golden. "Did we ever consider that? The possibility, he can use it while wearing it? We will be putting it on him to imprison him., we should consider that."
-
@Blitz Boom Astral looked to the bookshelf. "I think my leg is fine for now, pretty sure he relocated it..." She lifted a hoof to a book on the shelf, one of the encyclopedias. "We have to get to Canterlot before he returns and finds us missing, we'd have to teleport. I do not really have the magic for that right now." The encyclopedia flew over to her hoof. "Since we need to recharge, Right now that could take a while and is not time we have." She opened the book. "But I do know we could harness magic from another world, but it only contains dark magic, so we'd have to tamper with that in order to escape." She looked up at Chow. "Do you think we should do it?" ==================================================================== Nectar walked into the room, her horn glow vanishing. "They should be here soon, but you won't see them, instead there will be a sudden increase in guards, that's how you'll know they've arrived." "Oh not at all Dew, she turned good, so she's more the nemesis of who we are fighting right now, I'd know since I'm married to her." He looked over to Golden. "Oddly enough, she wasn't all that bad considering she was the element of cruelty, but she was cruel in the way she fought." He looked down, sighing a little. "That's at least how she turned out, but before she met me she was definitely very, very cruel. Nearly killed me before my use of dark magic started to intrigue her." Misty looked curiously at him. "Why was that?" "I used it for good, but soon I likely will have to again, wears me out resisting the temptation to fall to dark magic, since using it has that burden." He poked at the ground, still nervous, becoming anxious, almost hoping Warlock struck so the amulet wouldn't be an issue for him. Iron Star looked to the amulet, narrowing his blind eyes. Somewhat wanting to steal it, and hide it again for his own sake. "Of course with the amulet, I couldn't use it anyways." He mumbled quietly. In the meantime Iron Wing wasn't doing much, he looked around the room a little. "I haven't needed to give out many orders yet it seems." He looked to Screecher. "But it's stressful even without having to. this Warlock guy could strike at any moment." ==================================================================== Warlock snickered a little, sensing Athriel's sense of weakness. He floated up, moving by Athriel, but as he moved near by her ear. "I'm holding back." He whispered. "For your sake." He passed ahead of her, smiling slyly, blasting ahead to the temple. Arriving at the doors, waiting for her. Once she arrived he placed a hoof on the door. "What might be behind these doors this time?" He said looking to Athriel, pushing the door open, entering inside, hoping for no traps inside.
-
@Blitz Boom Warlock stepped forward, kneeling down, his cloak spreading across the ground, he pushed against the ground blasting upwards above the forest sending out some strong wind, looking for an empty area as he floated above the trees, where the temple would be, he floated down, landing gently next to Athriel. "Do you suppose the jungle is too dense to find it from down here?" He asked, smirking a little, walking forward, lifting his hoof upwards, swiping it to the left, forcing a row of trees to fall over, clearing a path to the temple, albeit a very long path "There are probably ruins of a city or village near by, and by the looks of it, I'd guess the other locations are dead and gone too" =============================================================================== Astral grimaced a little, a little confused by Chow's little show. "You know what Warlock said, kinda risking our lives here." She moved the chain a little, letting the blood hit the sides of one of the chains. She grasped her leg a little, keeping it steady, still wincing a little. "And so far, his threats haven't been empty." She looked to the window. "How are we even going to get far enough for him not to find us? He could just use omnipotence." =============================================================================== Nectar groaned a little. "We aren't the same as Chrysalis' hive, but spotting deceitful things has proved useful for me in the past." She walked to the door, following Screecher. "And we have a common enemy here, no reason to betray someone who is helping me." She said, looking to Golden. "I will have to leave the room to call them in, hopefully the sudden influx of guards doesn't draw attention." She said with a slight smile, exiting the room, leaving the doors open behind her, her horn glowing as she called her hive. Iron Star looked to Dew, sighing. "Well, the Elements of Harmony were used last time, and was fought by a pony wearing the element of cruelty." "Sapphire is cruelty?" "Well yes but Warlock doesn't know that, probably will after they resurrect her." He tapped his hoof anxiously, becoming nervous from not being able to tell what they were doing. "Unless he asks or figures it out himself." He looked up at Dew.
-
@Blitz Boom Warlock turned away when Athriel hit Chow, a little thought popped into his head. "Who are your parents anyway..." He looked to Astral, asking the question he thought. "You never met your grandparents? must have not been wizards then..." He pet the sharp edge of his sword. "Oh..." He stopped, dripping a tiny bit of blood from breaking his warding. He looked at it curiously. "If you two have such power, the parents who brought you forth must have been way more powerful." Astral tilted her head wondering how he cut himself. "Who are they, The Dark Lord, Mistress death?" He chuckled. "No, you would've resurrected your mother if that was the case." He said glancing behind him to Astral, who growled deeply. "Well whoever they are, it's a shame they aren't around to see how far you have come, good or not." He put down his bleeding hoof, putting a mark of blood on the floor. which splashed out with a glow of yellow, Warlock wincing in pain, putting a blood magic ward on his home, lifting his hoof up to show a small mark, similar to one use for Misty's warding. "Should ensure he doesn't try to burn my house down again." He gripped his sword, shattering it, just grazing both Astral and Chow with shards, Warlock having made sure to redirect them to not injure either. "I will find your home Chow, and I will burn it, if you burn mine." He said pointing at him. "Of course I will do it anyways, but it's still a valid threat." He said chuckling a little. "You are a monster." He looked to her. "Says you." Astral tugged at her chains a little, Warlock stepping back, looking at her, slightly shocked she resisted his magic for a bit. "No way could you be..." He was a little terrified at the idea she could be a bearer, but that was unlikely since she didn't qualify for any of them... But remembered Sapphire's strange ability to resist his magic, and that she wore the element of cruelty during their fight... He turned around looking down at Sapphire's eye. Starting to formulate a little theory. If it was true, Astral could soon overpower him if he encountered the wrong element. "Let's look at that location then, to make sure the element is still there." He seemed less collected, looking at Astral, still appearing surprised, more so as the resistance became more clear. He assembled another sword, creating a portal to the location by slicing it through the air. He looked through the portal, then back to Athriel, sighing. "We better hurry before Iron Star finds out we left this place." He walked through, leaving it open for Athriel. "Good luck forgetting her on t-" She was flung away, the chain tugging against Chow. "GAH!" She screamed in pain as her leg was dislocated from the force Astral sitting down and holding it, now not being held still along with Chow, Warlock looking to her, rather angry. "Starting to wish you weren't part of our plan, cause then I could kill you." He walked through the portal, looking back to Athriel, letting his mane flow as if there was a lack of gravity, for added intimidation in case she wanted to hurt him for doing that. "Come on." Astral screamed out again when her leg was relocated suddenly by Warlock, looking to Chow. "I really wonder why does half of this stuff." ========================================================================== "I can see what they can do, they need to get rid of me to prevent me from telling people when they will attack." "Yes Screecher, I'm ready." "I could stay in safety though! I don't think they are looking for me too." "Dew is our safety, even though we don't know how the amulet would react near the element of greed." Nectar looked to Golden. "Shall I call in more changelings? I could have them pretend to be guards, could prevent panic or suspicion if I did." Iron Wing looked up to her, Nectar coughing. "Right, that's something my sister would do." He opened his mouth about to ask if Chrysalis was her sister, Nectar shutting him or anyone else who wanted to ask down by continuing to talk. "But anyways, I should probably only do that in the case he attacks, yes?"
-
@Blitz Boom Warlock looked to Athriel as she spoke, lifting up a hoof with smoke around it, curiously looking at it, since the smoke wasn't green. "Strange." He tried to see Iron Star, being able to watch from a distance but not any closer, spotting Dew wearing the amulet. Warlock chuckled, grinning at an idea. "If we get a hold of the amulet, I could place it around Iron Star, he'd be unable to use his omnipotence after that, and those around him wouldn't be able to either." He looked at Chow, then Astral. "And when we get to dealing with him, these two will be out of range of my magic." He lifted a hoof to a pile of burnt wood, levitating and molding into metal, forming into the shape of chains, Warlock taking hold of them, tossing one over to Athriel, the chain would lack any signs of heat, levitating the other chaining Astral to Chow's front legs together, while allowing Athriel to chain Chow up. "Both of them have warding, so after the ritual we can deal with Iron Star, these two stuck here." He grinned a little. "Oh and yes I could keep track of the bearers, unlike Iron Star I can sense the elements presence before they are ever held by the pony. one of my, abilities." He created a batch of throwing stars from more burnt wood. "Which one do we look for first?" ============================================================================= Iron Star looked a little distressed, feeling his dark magic drain, towards the amulet. Something that would actually draw attention, since his was built up enough to see visibly. Misty's being gone in a puff of smoke. Francis again having his disguise turning off likely to only startle either Benny or Dew, possibly a few others, Nectar, not really changing. Luckily for Iron Wing his enchantments were reliant on the etched in markings, rather than magic, so his wings were intact. Iron Star groaning a little without being able to use his omnipotence. "Okay, seems they're arrival will be a surprise now..." He mumbled quietly, looking to Dew, having been cut off before Warlock mentioned anything other than the ritual. "Well, we don't really have to go anywhere, they are looking for me in particular now." Iron Wing wings shuffled a little, slightly excited to fight. "My armor can wait Benny, I'm pretty good with my wings on their own." "Your wings won't matter with Warlock, h-" "Amulet." He lifted his hoof to respond, putting it down. "Right." "If it does work, we'll be able to attack him, if they cancel out, no magic for him to use, we can still attack him." "But if it doesn't work we're all dead, won't be able to fashion a backup plan after that." Iron Wing looked to Golden, then to the amulet. "Without knowing how this would react the battle could go in anyway, we should prepare for all possibilities."
-
@Blitz Boom Warlock chuckled, grabbing Astral and floating up, throwing her across the floor, she ran at Chow, planning to teleport away, but Warlock grabbed her again. "Feisty aren't we?" He pulled her over to him. "I wouldn't help either of you!" "Look at this situation, you're little crush is in Athriel's grasp, do you want her to kill him?" She took a deep breath, looking to the smoke in Athriel's necklace, which was her necklace. "Why are you doing this? For what goal?" He threw his sword past her mane cutting off some of her hair, Astral yelping. "I am not the one being asked questions." He walked over to her. "Besides, talking about my reasons just gives you opportunity to escape." The sword pulled back to his hoof, landing right in his grip, then he put it up to her neck, Warlock leaning into her ear. "And killing you would be so easy right now, if it wasn't for me wanting Athriel to be on my side." "What, are you two in love or so- AGH!" Warlock grabbed her neck, lifting her up. "I would never let such feeble, unlasting distracting things get in the way of my goals!" He tossed her across the floor, allowing her to tumble. "But Sapphire never saw that did she? No! She betrayed her sister because of it! Would you rather I do the same?" "N-no, but I'd rather both of you weren't evil either." "You don't see yourself as evil." He looked at her, his eyes white, clearly using an omnipotence spell as his mane flowed, starting to levitate. "You tried to resurrect your mother after her death, trying to tear down death's door." He stepped forward without caution. Turning around to Chow suddenly. "And you... tried to turn yourself into a griffon, using blood magic, all because you felt, left, out." He sighed, his mane falling down, his eyes turning normal. "And you two see yourselves as good here, it's funny. Now!" He extended his hoof spinning around, sending out wind in all directions, putting out the flames, facing Athriel once he finished. "We need to deal with one thing before we do bring Sapphire back..." He whisked the smoke away, pointing a sword at Athriel. "If we don't kill Iron Star, he'll hear everything we do, preventing us from making plans, because then he can just tell other ponies what they are." "Who is there to tell!? No one would believe him." Warlock raised an eyebrow when he turned to look at her. "It's odd you point that out." He looked back at Athriel. "I think she's warming up to us." He whispered with a grin. "Well anyways, I should find out where he is, then strike." His eyes turned white again, he closed them, opening his eyes about a minute after, then he threw the sword at a map on the wall, hitting right where Iron Star was. "While I could barge in and kill every pony, a few generals, an armored dragon, and a queen are there, would arise quite a panic if I killed all them, especially the queen and the generals." He looked to Athriel. "Any ideas?" ==================================================================================== "Near the west coast of Equestria, in a mountainous area, I don't know the exact location, since it doesn't have a name, he just built it himself on the side of a mountain." "Oh! They can bring you a map, you could point to the area." "Can't really point to somewhere I can't see." He said, while pointing to his eyes. "So unfortunately, we don't have many options, other than literally waiting for him to come to us, which may be soon."

@Blitz Boom Astral seemed to shake in fear. Seeing the lashing smoke inside the gem, Astral starting to express her conflicted feelings very visibly. She looked up at Athriel, narrowing her eyes. "Oh we're rather direct, but she's only evil in your eyes, maybe she could talk some sense into you if she was here now." The smoke seemed to express fear, Astral seeing it, starting to piece together what it was. In the meantime, Warlock was pulling the sword out of the log, growling. "You're just entertainment for me Chow." He lifted a hoof up, holding Chow in place. "I could disintegrate you right now, although that'd just lose me that entertainment." He continued holding Chow in place, walking over to the window, picking up their conversation. "She was evil." He hovered out the window, entering Astral's view. "She just turned good, because your father reformed her, Iron Star." He grinned, knowing Athriel could obviously hear. "One stallion, reformed a villain of her power, what a waste." "You're both ly-" "You're just denying it, don't want to know you tried to resurrect a villain." She starting panic breathing. "Maybe we can activate this horcrux, allow you to see the face of a real villain." Astral tried to pull herself out of Athriel's grip, obviously failing, then blasting some dark magic at Warlock, having him float out of the way, seeing the forest in the distance being hit instead, a small explosion occurring as a result. "Oh you're a hypocrite like your parents, using dark magic to defeat dark magic." He floated over to Athriel. "Let her go, we will need her to be around long enough for her mother to make the confession." He said, reaching over and lifting up the gem. "She will only believe her anyways." He let the gem fall, giving Astral a menacing stare. "And I want my revenge too." ====================================== Misty looked at Iron Star. "You should know where they are, right?" "They are at his old home, which is very far away from here, it would take weeks to reach there on foot, days if you flew there, and I don't even know if teleportation is possible for the distance." He lifted a hoof, creating some smoke in it. "Even if we used magic to get there, we're trap ourselves because the Element of Greed would absorb any magic left." He said then dissipating the smoke. "Oh right, but wouldn't it do that even if Warlock was closer to us?" "There's that too. The Element of Greed would be in the way of us using magic in most situations." He pointed to Dew, despite not being able to see where he was. "Even with the amulet of gluttony, assuming it even works against the element of greed." "How do you know where they are?" "Oh, I have omnipotence, but I can only use the all hearing part of it without my eyes, but I have been where his home is, so just hearing where they are is enough for me." "We could make use of this, like for finding the destined bearers of the elements, are you able to find out who they are?" "I'd have to look, but even then it wouldn't be clear until they actually use their element." He looked ahead. "And simply finding suspected bearers wouldn't be enough." He looked over to Golden. "We also have to think up a way for Warlock to be lured here to even use them against him once we do find them."

@Blitz Boom Warlock growled at him, the staff cooling down as it flew through the air while Warlock tried to hit Chow with it several more times. He swung a hoof at Chow, sending a burst of air at him, putting out the flaming stick, as well as any fire behind him. "You're a little destructive for the one trying to stop me aren't you?" The metal of the staff shifted around, molding into a sword, now trying to swing it at Chow. Astral knew there wasn't many other things to do other than letting Athriel get her out of this position. Then she realized what Athriel just spoke of. "You can't be related, she wasn't evil." The smoke inside the gem acted concerned, Sapphire would very much not want Astral to find out her dark past, more so because of what she had done trying to bring her back. "She didn't even look the part." She extended another sword, swinging back and forth a bit, then jumping at Athriel, trying to stab her in the face, likely to fail if the warding spell was still there, although if it wasn't, Athriel may end up losing an eye much like her sister, unless she dodged it of course. ======================================================================= Nectar closed her eyes, her horn glowing, having sent out a message to one of her solders . Who teleported in shortly after, along with some first aid help, who wandered around. "Where are the injured?" Nectar lifted out her hoof. "Oh, are there others?" He asked rushing over to her, wrapping up her leg. "Yes there are." The other wandered about the archives, asking ponies if they were injured, while also helping them. "Could I help?" Francis asked walking over to Nectar. "Well golden seems to be wanting us to come with him." "Oh, well I'll do that then I guess." He said, shrugging. "Probably safer actually." ======================================================================= "Well he doesn't have a horn, so even if you could there'd be nothing to put it on." He looked over to Misty when he heard her gasp. "What is it?" "Golden's back, with Nectar, and Francis, with a few others apparently." "Oh." He looked around while Golden spoke. "You need ideas? May I suggest we use anti-magic?" "We were going to use the Element of Gluttony. Although Warlock got away before we could." "Wouldn't it cancel out with the Element of Greed? They'd both just absorb each other's magic, at worst it just wouldn't work because they are both elements of disharmony." "Are you assuming they don't affect each other?" "They likely wouldn't, but there isn't any information on how they affect each other, so even I wouldn't know." "Times are desperate aren't they Golden? Using evil things to defeat other evil things." "Oh who is this?" "General Iron Wing, and a bit concerned with the power we are facing now." "Yeah, Warlock is powerful in his current state, and will only get more powerful with time." "Well we should try and find Warlock's location then, or at least ensure he doesn't get more powerful." He turned around, looking at Golden. "Like securing the elements of disharmony, making sure they are more heavily guarded. Or even making sure the potential wielders are on our side." "We don't even know who they are yet, and it's unlikely we would." He looked over to Nectar. "We can find out, and we'll know when Warlock starts searching for them, besides they'll be a civilian until then, so we have to protect them anyways."

@Blitz Boom "Oh you've made a mistake!" He stomped his hoof down, wind whisking outwards, flowing through his mane. Trying to get the air around them to put the fire out. But not before Astral ran at Warlock, pushing him into the flames, which were put out nearly immediately, allowing him to give her a solid buck with his back leg, sending her flying out the window. "AAAHHH!" She quickly cast a sword spell, jamming it into the side of the cliff. Looking down, not seeing many ways out of this situation. Warlock climbed out of the flames, moving his hooves around, creating a dripping molten metal staff out of the air, swinging it around sending the metal drops flying out. "You like heat don't you?!" He yelled, trying to swing the staff at Chow. ======================================================================= "Thank you." Nectar lifted her hoof away from the wound, seeing the gash heal up. She looked up, seeing the guards making their dramatic entrance. "Oh, the generals arrived, you're a bit late to the party." The two of them sat down, Francis sighing. "I really hope that Astral pony is alright." "Well what she did was rather foolish, considering the situation." Nectar looked over to Golden. "You think now would be a good time to get my trained subjects involved?" "Trained subje-" Iron Wing settled down, looking at Nectar, recognizing who she was referring to. "Since when did we let changelings get involved?" She sighed, turning over to Wing. "Mine are good, but I was just thinking they could help clean this place up." He turned over to Screecher. "Your thoughts on this?" ======================================================================= "Oh do you think one of them was Astral?" "Actually it was Misty, but it's not likely Golden will come back with her." Misty sat up jumping off of Dew's back. "Why is that?" He stopped walking, sighing. "Well to put it simply, she's fighting Warlock." Misty walked over to him as he trying to find his way to a seat. "And even though I could, we couldn't teleport there to help considering our condition." He explained, as he sat down. Looking over in Dew's direction, or where he was last. "Do you plan to try and help them Dew? Surely you still could, even if you've just retired."

@Blitz Boom Warlock didn't give it much of another thought, the teleportation spell surrounding him, Astral running at him as the spell engulfed them, and her taking her with Warlock and Athriel as they arrived at his home, her momentum carrying over, Warlock moving out of the way, causing her to tumble across the floor, and assuming Chow hadn't lit his house on fire yet; "Well this makes for some entertainment." ========================================== Nectar stared at where Warlock used to be, grasping her leg, unfortunately she couldn't heal if all the love magic was absorbed by the element of gluttony. "Well now that he's gone, I suppose you could put it away now? I can't heal without love magic, and that thing is just absorbing it all." ========================================== "We can't really follow along to the library, it'd be putting us in danger." "He said he'd be taking us to the throne room Misty, which is much safer right now." She looked to him, giggling a bit. "Oh, well that's good." ========================================== He looked panicked, breathing deeply, trying to keep himself together to look professional, extending his wings, following Screecher out at incredible speeds, following her to the archives.

@Widdershins Well even the amputation of toes or parts of a hoof seem over the top to me, sure they will be the element of cruelty, but it could just be some bad mouthed insults they give out instead. Oh and maybe you could tell me where this oc would be placed when you bring them in, so that way I could get my characters to them. I'd also help with other rpers in the "epic battle" that is likely to happen soon. @Blitz Boom Oh and by the way, how is ponyville right now? Is it still recovering?

@Blitz Boom Astral looked more panicked than she ever had in her life, starting to wonder if she had fainted when they teleported. But to her and likely Athriel's surprise, Warlock was back in that room, crossing his hooves, flinging two bookshelves in front of the entrance. Astral ran ahead of Golden, yelling out as she put her hooves together, blasting through the bookshelves and the wall behind Warlock. The bookshelves burning with black and purple fire when it cleared away, to show Warlock was completely fine. "I'm surprised you have that kind of magic in store Astral." He grinned evilly as he walked closer, the element of greed absorbing the magic from Francis. "AHH!" He almost tried to grasp at the magic while his changing form revealed itself. Warlock stared blankly at the now revealed changeling. "Really? You pretended to be reformed in front of these powerful ponies, how desperate are these changelings for love?" Nectar stepped forward. "He's my subject, I allowed him to stay this way." "Or maybe he's just posing as one, who knows?" He extended a sword, swinging it at Nectar. Who lifted up her leg, but then glancing up to it, realizing the armor was gone, since it was only a disguise, created by magic, which was absorbed by the element of greed. Astral managed to throw in a punch knocking Warlock away just before the sword could cut into Nectar too deeply, but Nectar grabbed her wound as it bled out, she grabbed Francis, backing away behind Golden, leaning into his ear. "Now would be a good time to use that element." Warlock tumbled across the floor, getting up, creating a shield bubble around himself and Athriel. "Enough of this. I'm not here for you." He lifted a hoof to Athriel. "I'm here for you, don't want any more enemies than I already have after all." He then used his hoof to make a 'come hither' gesture, while also leaving himself wide open for attacks since he was trying his best to make sure the Element of Greed wouldn't absorb Athriel's magic. ========================================================== Luckily for Dew, Iron was following close behind. "Hopefully we can get there quickly enough." ========================================================== He chuckled a bit, shrugging. "I get what you mean, and would it take long to get the papers done?"
