    -        Muscle Cars (just wanna get this out of the way: I HATE JDM and tuners. I consider them to be Ricers, and I’m not the biggest fan of Chevy’s either. The only japanese cars that I like are the Nissan Z and the Subaru WRX (IF it's NOT modified)

    -        Ancient History and just about anything that is medieval (their weaponry, their armor, their way of life, etc.)

    -        Mythological creatures and cryptids

    -        Animals (mostly birds)

    -        hard rock, synth-wave and Eurobeat

    as a proud aussie, I cant wait to hear this LIVE next month. B)

    ...and yes, for those of you who dont know, the eurovision song contest is next month, and these are the guys that'll be representing us on the world stage. now THAT's what I'm talking about. I dont think it'll beat hard rock hallelujah from 2006 or dark side from 2021, but we certainly need more metal bands / rock concerts in eurovision. just saying. :sneer:

      I'm disappointed too, but for the exact opposite reason. Finland number one in televoting (only for the second time ever), and the juries overruled it. A better result than I'd ever have expected, but the way it happened soured it for me (if Sweden had won the televote too, I'd be very happy with second). Probably the last time we'll ever come this close.

      The Australian entry was one where I agreed more with the juries, though. Otherwise they seemed to vote down everything that wasn't typical Eurovision.

      yeah, sweden just kept on racking up points and the song wasnt even that good tbh. okay, I was disappointed that we didnt finish inside the top 5 but...man, I feel sorry for germany. D: they didnt deserve to finish dead last. IMO, it was HEAPS better than A LOT of the entries this year. they deserved better. eurovision NEEDS more rock concerts / metal bands D:

      Indeed, Germany was pretty high in my ranking too. Finland did give them points (perhaps unsurprisingly, given how much we like rock), that was nice to see. :grin: At least no one ended up pointless, unlike Romania and San Marino in the semi-final. :adorkable:
