We're in a VERY interesting situation right now. A few days ago, they cancelled E3 because of the coronavirus and now, they've cancelled the Australian Gran Prix. Not only that, they've closed a number of shops and schools in Australia to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
Makes me wonder if ALL the big events (that have mass gatherings) this year will be cancelled (Sporting Events, Cons, Eurovision, etc.)
It's been an interesting year so far. We had the Bush-fires in December / January, The closure of the Holden brand in Australia (okay, that was inevitable) and now, we have the coronavirus and people fighting over toilet paper.
Those scientists need to find a cure. People are becoming more paranoid by the second.

@Deae Rising Shine~ ...and the same goes for the V8 Supercars. There's a question mark whether they'll be racing at the next event because of the 'virus. Yesterday, the drivers made the announcement they will not be signing autographs / taking photos to protect themselves from the 'virus. Heck, there was even a situation where they could allow the F1 Australian Gran Prix to continue at the cost of removing the spectators.
Honestly, I think that might have been the best solution. That way, they WONT have to cancel ANY of the race meetings
...and it looks like the free-to-air viewers will be getting an extra event this year. What that means is, they’ll broadcast a race / a round of the championship that’s normally on FOX Sports / cable TV. I cant wait to see what that is.
(I hope it's the Pirtek Perth Supernight or The Bend 500 A.K.A the first of the enduros)
