I MADE A SILLY GAME
This was just a little "first" project for experimenting, because I wanted to familiarize myself with the basics of the new environment I'm working with.
Soon, after almost 10 years of me toying with gamedev as a hobby, I'll attempt to make my first commercial game ever... It may sound silly and exaggerated, but the way I see it - my life depends on it. After all, I'm currently jobless and my savings are finite, so whatever the result of it will be, it will directly shape my future for better or worse.
That is why I'm rather quiet online lately and I apologize for that. I hope no one is getting an impression, that I'm avoiding/ignoring someone when not replying in a timely manner. The time is against me, more than it ever was, so I'm going through lots of stress fighting with self-doubt.
Wish me luck

Also, in the chaos of me figuring out the basics, I totally missed the part, that Minecraft's font is a pixel one. Without thinking about it, I used text of different sizes. Problem is, that no matter how I scale the game's window, some of the text becomes either ugly or straight unreadable. I should have stuck to one size to allow proper scaling by integers.
Currently I designed everything to look nice on 1920x1080, but any smaller resolution probably won't look good.
See, that kinda caught me off-guard. So far I either worked with pixel games (small default resolution, upscaling to target size) and "normal" high-res ones (no extra work, everything just works and looks fine when scaling down), but not both at the same time, so to speak.
I'll have to redesign pretty much everything...
So uh... I'll have some more work before being able to release it. If someone happens to have a 1920x1080 (or larger) display and is interested in giving it a try before I ruin everything, I guess I could give the copy of the game kinda privately.
