    Whelp, I wasn't expecting a tornado to be less than 10 miles from me when I got up this morning. One occured about 8 miles from where I live. What a night, and glad it's starting to quiet down now. :mlp_smile:

      Looks like I might get hit then. Tracking a huge storm just a bit north of me, it is putting out massive amounts of lightning and it was easily visible from here. Crazy. I heard that there was a tornado that passed by Shelbyville Illinois.

      @Kyoshi Preliminary damage assessment has two tornadoes. One that tracked from just east of Edinburg, IL to about 4 miles north of my hometown of Taylorville was ranked an EF1 (still recovering from the EF3 back in December of last year). The other tornado that has been confirmed was an EF0 that tracked on the northern fringes of Assumption. As of now, there has not been any confirmed tornadoes near Shelbyville. The closest one was the one in Assumption, which is about 15 to 20 miles from Shelbyville.

      @FeatherStream It definitely was a large storm. The difference was that all the storms in Illinois were rotating.
