It seems to be a individualized meme, slowly taking over the ponies body. Symptoms include, bluing of the skin, the random appearence of clothing, and humanization of the face and body.

Unfortunately, the PMDC has only found one way you can use to defend yourself:

Distance yourself from those affected. The more you know an effected person the more likely it will spread to you.
