Well, this is a little embarrassing:
This morning I re-watched an episode which involved Starlight's past being brought up bluntly, as often happens.
Just now, I was reading through an essay I had written on a character from a book we're reading in English, and I realised I had written about somebody choosing not to rule with an iron 'hoof' instead of fist!
It's definitely a good thing I read this through- I'm sure my teacher would have had a peculiar reaction!

Bit stuck on my maths homework- can anyone help me with dividing negative numbers?
Eg. -56 divided by 8
Please don't do it for me, but if anyone knows how to do it, please tell!

i would help but its been so long since I did it ive forgotten.
if i remember i'll let you know
I remembered.
work it out normally then:
if it's a negative divided by a negative then you end up with a positive.
if its a negative divided by a positive then you end up with a negative
so basically, work it out as if they are all positive, then add a minus if you need to
