    I've experienced firsthand how hard it is to calmly tell someone that what they offer you isn't what you want simply because you don't want it. I'm so deathly afraid of hurting their feelings that I feel like I'm having an emotional panic attack if I have to speak up and be honest. I think that's what happened, actually - I had a minor emotional panic attack.
