Oof, why would they want windows 7 even. It's old OS. I mean, I miss it too and old start menu, but even for safety reasons that one is ill adviced. I can only imagine what dealing with pendrives here was like.

Their 3D modeling software only works up to 7. It's from one of those super expensive 3D mapping intraoral machines used by dentists. Unfortunately, nothing I've done has worked. The motherboard is simply uncompatible with all the fixes and patches for the installation. Not even an install with a dvd drive worked.
