"Hi @Dynamo Pad! It's so great to see you leading this wonderful event!" Dupluna greeted happily. "And yes, I am here to sign up for the event. I'm Dupluna, so nice to meet you!" Dupluna hears something that sound like a mouse. What? Surely I haven't stepped on somepony? She asks herself and turns to the mouse while @Dynamo Pad is working on getting her a number. Dupluna states at the mouse for a moment, and then, finally opens her mouth to speak. "Who are you?" she asks, raising her eyebrows.

Dupluna finally arrives at the starting location of the race. Ooh! This is so exciting! she says to herself, and begins trying to find @Dynamo PadAs Dupluna makes her way through the crown of cheering fans, exhilarated ponies, and faithful friends, she notices a large line of ponies, changelings, hippogriffs, and more standing next to the concession stand with all sorts of treats from Sugarcube corner. Oh, a food stand! I wonder if they have lunar donuts available? Dupluna questioned, and ran towards the line. As she got in to wait for amazing snacks that smelled as good as they looked, Dupluna remembered a tip from "Egghead's Guide to Running" that she finished reading yesterday. Never, ever eat before a race, the guide read. "Seriously?" she said loudly, and accidentally stepped on the tail of somepony before her. He gave her an annoyed look, and Dupluna, with a nervous smile and a "sorry," stepped out of the line and towards the table with @Dynamo Pad and other hosters.
