Many hate BMW, they're expensive cars and regarding the M3 99' you can be lucky or very unlucky when it comes to buying a used BMW especially a M3. Also, you're right a M3 is a car you would buy once you're older since it's a rather expensive car. M3 is more expensive in my country though. Mercedes drivers usually do hate on BMW, lol like many others.

I think the Mercedes vs. BMW thing is about like Ford vs. Chevy. Or Apple vs. Android. I really find that kind of thing pointless. Well, as long as I'm not making half a million a year, I'm probably only going to live my life with a maximum of 2 cars lol

For me the plan is to own around 2-4 but it depends two will do. I think it's best to own two, one sports car and one fun daily driven car.
