^That sounds pretty normal to me. Honestly, I don't think talking to a girl would be a problem if you just considered them a casual friend. If you think they're pretty/attractive, though, then hoo boy, everyone would need a little luck with that!

Pretty much had the same situation until recently. Just was too stupid/shy/oblivious around girls. I also look very young for my age, but I think it's the most important that you talk to other people(not only girls) as much as you can to get confortable speaking. I get most of my self-consciousness by positive feedback of others and doing presentations and stuff. It still isn't always easy with girls though(Had one gf, at the moment only picking up some drunk chicks), but overall life...
