I have another thing to add to this. 

You know how Applejack and Rainbow Dash are ranked in popularity?

RD is ten times more popular because she has STUFF. You know. Good screentime. A nickname (that people overuse). Having the ability to fart a rainbow. 

And AJ has little to no content that makes her special or any different from a background pony.

And you feel like one, right? You feel like a background pony and simply a filler of space?

Well, get more stuff, like Mei said. Post more. Do more things that make you stand out.

I saw on Death the Kid's entry that you think everyone knows me and likes me, but that's not true. A lot get annoyed by me, including moderators, but I let it loose. Doesn't matter to me. I guess I get popular by being an AJ fan, which is exceedingly rare. Not forcing you to become one yourself, but as long as you post more often, I believe you'll make plenty of friends.

I tried to convince Suskel to stay, even added him to one of the people I respect on my profile because he tried to cheer me up before.

I guess I could count as popular, I dunno, but really barely anyone talks to me except for my two best friends. Others regard me with contempt and scorn and most ignore me, but I'm fine with it as long as I have my friends.

At school, though, I happened to be the most hated and ignored kid. Nobody wants to make friends with me. But you know what? I don't give a crap, because I also have two best friends in my school whom I would rather talk to instead of letting others bother me with their scorn.

Mm, yeah. I felt really bad when my ClariJack and AJ art got popular posts while other art ten times better didn't get any. I try to help...

I don't see any decrease in activity for me. Just the other day I had my second locked status from 100 replies--and the threads are still bustling with comments. The S3 threads so far have gotten over 100-300 replies in a day, and that old thread I revived of "Y U NO LOVE APPLEJACK" was quite active.

The limit really doesn't bother me all that much--all it takes is about 10-20 words at most.

The sentence above ^ for example, proves it. But new people leaving because of warning points might be a problem, I agree.

Oh, and you may flame me for this, but I think she was being a jerk in S1 too. Fall Weather Friends proves that--she's a liar and a cheat.

Sorry for being harsh about it, but it's my honest opinion.

Yes, I felt like our combined interest in fictions is changing, when we were PMing each other. :c They just don't appeal to me anymore. Now I consider most authors as using overused ideas...well, stupid.

That's what I feel I should do, too. I procrastinate waaay too much, though, so I have about two unfinished fanfics that I'm not in a hurry to complete.

Anyway, I do agree that lame usernames like brony11235 are rather stupid and common. Some people put their birthdate in their username, and one day some mean predator would take them and...well. Yeah.

It's all rather biased, really. It's more about people's opinions of you, rather than the quality of your post. That's why I don't think brohooves matter all that much, because it's all opinion and perspective.

Some brohoof simply because they mention their favorite pony, some brohoof because they're friends, some do so because they see their favorite meme like "20 percent cooler" so it technically doesn't matter as they aren't really honest opinions of the post most of the time.
