    Well, Turn 10, the game developer, is now on my blacklist. I will not be purchasing anything that they make ever again and I will not be touching their games at all. They want to ignore me and provide no customer support to me at all, then fine, fuck em. They will not see any of my money, which is all they care about. The money.

      Simply put, I need some assistance from Turn 10 themselves and they are not responding to my emails at all. Their support is horrendous.

      I think there is an official forum you could go to. If you make a big enough stink, they would probably pay attention to you then. Or ban you if the devs are active or if their moderators have their nose in Turn 10's ass 24/7.
