@@WingMcCallister Ignis gave a sigh picking up the kunai from Wick's hoof, he holstered the kunai and headed towards the door. He stopped just before the door. Ignis didn't know what to say to the broken pegasus, but nothing he could say now would do any good. Wick did have a point though, Ignis couldn't just force him to put everything behind him and just start fresh. His jealousy of Shining when he was younger was something that he didn't like to talk about either. "Look Wick, you're not a burden to us. You were once one of the best and I would like to see you like that again." With that Ignis took his leave, he figured it would be better for Wick to sort this out on his own. Ignis walked through the halls, it was eerily quiet and his princess was not in her quarters. It was then that he realized that she must have gone to see her sister. It would be rude of him to interrupt them in their personal time together like this. Instead he took the time to head outside after grabbing a quill and parchment from his quarters. Ignis then proceeded to write a letter to Twilight keeping her informed of the goings on at the castle.

@@WingMcCallister Ignis let out a low sigh, walking up to the broken pegasus and placed a hoof on Wing's shoulder. "Wing I'm not here to give you pity." Ignis stared up into the stars and the moon. He wasn't about to let this once strong pegasus become nothing and fade into the darkness. "I'm pretty sure Laizzy wouldn't want you sulking like this or feeling bad for yourself." Ignis took his hoof off of Wing and walked to the balcony's edge. Using his magic he pulled one his kunai out of it's holster and started tapping at the balcony's railing. "You used to be great Wing I know that but you still can be." Ignis whipped around and threw the kunai at Wing. The small weapon landed in front of Wing. "Only you can decide what to do with your life Wing. I can make suggestions but it's ultimately up to you. But I won't stand idly by and watch you sit and wallow in self pity." Ignis noticed Wing hadn't moved at all in the time he'd been talking. Walking over to Wing he stopped right before the kunai. "If you're a true pegasus warrior then pull yourself together and become what you once were not just for yourself but for Laizzy as well." Ignis waited wondering what Wing would do.

Ignis stormed down the halls of Canterlot castle. His mind set on one thing and one thing only, to see that Discord pay for what he'd done. As he continued down the halls, a few guards made the misfortune of laughing at him earning a kunai being magically impaled in the wall next to their heads. The white stallion had plenty of patience for lots of things. He was married to Twilight after all, the only stallion that could deal with her paranoia. Ignis arrived at his princesses bedroom door giving three sharp taps before barging in without getting confirmation. "Excuse me princess but if it's alright with you. May I go stab Discord a few times?" Ignis stood in Luna's room his regal armor given to him by her had crayon drawings of the dreconequus all over it. Pieces of his armor started to change colors as well, like he was an attraction at a fair. If that wasn't bad enough Ignis' mane was a bright pink long and unkempt. The length of his mane touched the floor, and when he cut it with his kunai it instantly grew back. His tail on the other hoof....well was for the lack of a better word...gone. "Please princess, I'm not a violent pony but this time Discord went to far with his prank. I mean he ate my tail right before my eyes." Ignis growled stabbing a kunai into the floor with his magic.

(wow gone for two days and all of this happens O.o) @ Melody wiped her tears away and went over to see Flare. Melody then saw some of Flare's feathers sticking out of the rock and let out a giggle. Melody nuzzled up against Flare "You weren't useless Flare. Things just happened to fast for anypony to stop them. But now we know what we're up against and we'll be ready this time." Melody was proud of Flare the way he'd defended her and the others and this new technique of his just made all the more cute in her eyes.

OH MY GOSH THAT LOOKS AWESOME!!!!!!!! No don't start over I love this action scene it really shows just how Ignis fights with his kunai. A+ on the choice and stance he has.

@ Melody stood up seeing Delia moving again was a welcome sight. Tears streamed down her eyes, she ran over quickly to Draco and Delia. "Delia thank Celestia you're back. I thought that I'd....I....I'd never see you again." Melody bawled. Melody dug her face into Delia's side, giving her the biggest hug she could muster at this point. She was happy, the group was back together again, but most of all Melody had her friend back.

@, @ Melody felt Flare holding her close as she let her tears stream down her face. She couldn't fathom the loss she was enduring. The first true friend she ever had was gone and some gods were wanting an explanation for her return. Melody looked up at them with tears in her eyes still. "Please she was my friend.....a friend to all of us. She was a lover for another pony in our group. We just want to see her smiling face and....and....we all love her!" Melody put her head on the cold ground, it's iciness doing nothing to subdue the pain in her heart. "Please I beg of you....give her back to us....please...please....please...." Melody begged. She wanted nothing more than tosee her friend return to them at that point in time. @ Melody saw Chrysalis from behind Delia's body. The sight of such a powerful creature made her hide behind Flare. It was then that Melody notice Delia wasn't moving at all. "F...Flare, Delia....she....she's not moving..." Melody's eyes started to tear up, her legs gave way and she collapsed on the ground. "No she can't be....she just can't. Why did this have to happen....GIVE HER BACK!!!" Melody screamed up at Chrysalis. (OOC: end this on a happy note. I feel it's getting really dark all of a sudden.)

@ Melody watched as Flare jumped in front of her and protected her from anything that might be brought to harm her. "Thank you Flare but you shouldn't worry about me. I know a bit of self defense, so I should be just fine." Melody turned and stood next to Flare looing in the opposite direction. "You should make sure everything's ok inside the house Flare."

@ Melody nodded as she saw the shadowy figure fly around a few more times. Melody wanted to try and find a safe place but she was getting the feeling like there was something watching her now as well. "Flare.....Flare I think we're surrounded." Melody didn't want to move but she was to worried about the rest of the group. "Hurry up everypony we need to leave quickly!"

(warning dark read here....) Melody was shocked at what she was seeing. There were at lease 20 cocoons in the first room alone, and she couldn't count all of the other rooms. It made her heart sink at the sight of so many lives lost. It wasn't just adult ponies either there seemed to be a few fillies and colts in the mix as well. "Hurry we have to get her out of that thing if it's the last thing we do." Melody pleaded when she heard that Apollo had found Delia.

@ Melody turned and trotted along catching up with Flare easily. She nuzzled up against him trying to console him after what he'd just revealed. "I'm sorry Flare I didn't know that was your life. Mine seems simple compared to yours. I was left by my parents once I got my cutie mark. I guess since I didn't get something they thought they'd be proud of me for they left me." Melody could feel the tears welling up in her eyes as they ran down her cheeks. She then nuzzled against Flare harder. "I'll be your family now ok Flare."

@, @@dragon4111 Melody stepped forward finally wanting to say something. Everything that was going on was making her uncomfortable. She didn't like that the changeling had tried to fool them by acting like Delia. Flare was right though, Draco needed to calm down it was obvious that his threats were just empty to the changeling. "Draco, please calm down. Flare and I did find some weird slime and it looked like cocoons inside the houses. We'll go there Draco. We'll rescue Delia." Melody stood in front of Draco trying desperately to calm him down.

@ Melody could see some sort of green liquid inside the house. Melody wasn't sure what to think or do at the moment, but she knew something had to be done. With a disgruntled look on her face she relented her curiosity. "You're right Flare let's get back with the others and inform them of what we found." Melody backed away from the house and waited to go into the sky with Flare.

@ Melody hopped off of Flare's back once she landed, she took a look at the village and could tell quickly that it was deserted. "Flare I don't like the feel of this place." Melody didn't like the vibe, but that didn't mean she wasn't going to look around. Melody took a look around the town only catching the sound of the wind as it whistled through. Melody peeked her head into a nearby window and could see something inside the house. "Hey Flare, come take a look at this."

@ Melody thought about the small town it would make sense that they would have to hide a small hive around. Only the princesses had the power to teleport across Equestria, that she was sure of. "Flare can you take me there I think they might be using that town as a cover. We'll just need to find a way to locate the hive." Melody's mind went back to that of Delia, concern obvious in her face. She didn't want to loose one of her new friends so fast, and she wasn't about to let them have her without a fight. "I agree with you Flare they messed with the wrong ponies." Melody stomped her hoof.

@ Melody looked over at Flare and smiled. "I know Flare I can't believe he said those things. I just hope we can find Delia before it's to late." Melody started to tear up a bit at the thought of loosing Delia. Quickly she whipped her tears away. "Did you happen to see anything when you were flying around earlier Flare?" Melody wasn't sure where to start looking but she was certain that if Chrysilis had taken Delia she would be close by with a small army of changelings no doubt.

@ Melody watched as Flare trotted up next to her. She was furious at that Apollo, she couldn't believe that it was he who wanted to just forget about Delia. Melody couldn't accept that fact, that Delia was already dead. "I'm sorry Flare I normally don't get like that. It's not something I let happen very often." Melody looked away from Flare partially disgusted with how she handled the situation, but also that she wasn't able to do anything for Delia.

@ Melody stopped mid track and grit her teeth. This was very different from the way she normally acted, she only got like this about things she really cared about. Melody whipped around, glaring at Apollo for a moment and then looked back at Jolt. "He's not going to tell us Jolt he's to smug and arrogant. Besides we don't have time to waste, we need to save Delia. If it was a changeling then they should have a hive close by to keep her." Melody let out a low sigh, turning back around. "I'm sorry Jolt but Delia's my friend and I'm not going to sit by and let some changelings feed off her love. If you wish to stop me then go ahead." Melody started to walk, wondering if anypony else would follow.

Melody stood in shock the whole thing with Delia happened just a few feet from her. Now everypony was arguing and bickering with each other. Melody couldn't stand it, their leader was gone and everything was in shambles now. Melody felt tears rolling down her cheeks at the fact that she didn't do anything to save Delia but that would change. Melody quickly wiped the tears away regaining her composure, she then stomped her hooves on the ground "Everypony SHUT UP!" Melody used her beautiful singing voice to try and get everyponies attention. "Listen you're all ignoring one thing and it's that Delia's been kidnapped. I don't know about the rest of you but I'm going to go find her, and rescue her. We need our leader back and I for one am not going to stand here arguing." Melody huffed as she started to head deeper into the forest.

@ Melody watched Flare land in front of her. Her mane blowing in the wind created by Flare landing so quickly. "I'm glad you enjoyed yourself. As far as that village goes we should go back and see if everyponies awake and ready to go." Melody turned to head back towards the cave but stopped and turned back around. "Um....here Flare I picked this for you it's a Solar Flower. They're really rare they only grow in certain parts of Equestria." Melody extended her hoof handing Flare the flower.
