@ Melody looked over at Flare. She was still submerged mostly under the water worried that she'd done something to upset him. It was only after seeing his smile that it reassured her that everything was alright. Melody poked her head out of the water and swam over to Flare nuzzling him under his chin. "Y...you really want to spend time with me Flare?"

You can make any artistic liberties with the armor as you see fit. If you think it'll make it better than by all means I wont stop you your art style makes him real and I love it. Also the coloring you did in the last one came out great from what I saw so please don't sell yourself short your create beautiful art.

O.o OHMYGOSHOHMYGOSHOHMYGOSHOHMYGOSHOHMYGOSHOHMYGOSH that looks purely awesome and it's not even the full body picture. Yes everything is fine so far and I would love if you could follow the design in the reference pic just since that's what I like to think their armor would be to set them apart from Celestia's guards. Also would it be to much trouble to color him......if it is don't worry about it.

@, @ Melody saw how Flare reacted to what had just happened slipping down into the water and swam over behind Delia. I knew I shouldn't have done that. What was I thinking being so forceful like that it's not even my style. Melody thought to her self. It was then that she noticed that the water was rippling as well. She wasn't sure what was going on but she was worrying that it might be a bad thing.

@, @ Melody's eyes widened when she felt Delia kiss her straight on the lips. Her mind went in so many directions she'd never even looked at another mare that way before but right then her perspective changed she enjoyed the kiss but she had to test her own theory as well. Melody without saying anything swam back to Flare, without warning she did just what Delia had done she kissed him right on the lips. It wasn't long but enough to make her comparison. "Hmm I like Flare still." Melody chuckled.

@ Melody's ears perked up when she heard Delia call her. She looked at Flare giving him a warm smile, she didn't want to leave his side but Delia was the leader and she didn't want to defy a request. Melody swam over to Delia passing Draco in the process catching what she thought was a mischievous glimmer in his eye but she shrugged it off just before she made it to Delia. "Yes Delia what did you need?"

@ Melody smiled seeing Delia starting to feel better and enjoy herself. Melody decided to get back into the hot spring swimming up to Flare. She leaned lightly up against him so's not to push him over. "I'm glad we're here aren't you Flare?" Melody asked the heat from the hot spring doing wonders to relax her muscles more and more. She wanted nothing more than to just stay like this with Flare.

Melody took a few deep breaths of the hot spring steam. The steam felt good in her lungs almost like it had healing properties that allowed her to breath easier. Melody could still feel the hot water running off her coat but she didn't care right now. Taking a deep breath Melody started to sing a song she thought fit the current mood for everypony. (This was the best I could think of on such short notice and low sleep lol enjoy if you like.)

@, @Everyone too (lol) Melody's eyes widened when she heard Delia's story. Her ears tilted back and tears started to form in her eyes. Melody felt some closeness to Delia having had her own fair share of problems but nothing like hers. Melody slowly got out of the water for a moment and sat down at the waters edge. "Delia I'm sorry for what has happened to you. I know it's not much but I've felt some pain like yours." Tears started to roll down Melody's cheeks, thinking of her past didn't help any but it fueled the singer deep within her soul. "Delia will you please allow me to sing a song for the group? Maybe it will cheer us all up since we all seem to be bringing up bad memories."

@ Melody watched as Flare got into the hot spring. She suddenly felt a chill run through her body realizing that she must still be feeling the effects of her cold. Melody got to her hooves shakily and slowly walked into the hot spring as well. The hot water instantly felt refreshing on her body, warming her up quickly. Melody looked over seeing Flare by himself. Melody made her way over to him and nuzzled against him. This was totally out of the norm but she was now following her heart. Melody suddenly found herself giving Flare a kiss on the cheek. "Thank you for taking such good care of me Flare." Melody could tell she was blushing but she couldn't tell if it was from the water or the moment.

@ Melody gave Flare a warm and gentle smile as she continued to massage his sore wing. "Oh one of my few friends got her cutie mark in massage and taught me a few things. I can't do anything really advanced but I can help the pain stop at least." Melody finally stopped when she felt the knots in Flare's wing go away. Lowering her hooves it took her a moment to realize that she'd placed them right on top of his. Realizing this she quickly pulled her hooves away blushing deeply. "Um...that..should um help... but I would take a dip in the hot spring to relax the muscles for good measure."

@ Melody felt Flare set her down onto her own hooves. She could feel her knees shaking badly but she managed to keep herself up. Melody wanted badly to go help Delia but with Draco with her she knew everything would be all right. It was then that Melody saw Flare lay down in pain. "Oh Flare I hope I didn't do this to you. Let me help." Melody laid down next to Flare, taking the wing that was hurting him she gently started to massage it. This was one time that she was glad she had more than one hobby. "Does that feel any better?"

Melody wasn't sure what to do,she was sure that somepony would've came and at least talked to her but nothing. Finishing her drink she got up and headed to the dance floor. Ok Melody you dance on stage all the time so show them what you've got. Melody started dancing around going along with one of her routines from one of her concerts. Melody shuffled back, standing on her back hooves and started dancing more on her back hooves. She was trying hard not to be noticed but she wasn't to sure if she was succeeding.

@ Melody blushed a deep red hearing Flare say such nice things to her. "Thank you Flare. I should be ok to walk on my own." Melody took the initiative and nuzzled against Flare's neck. "Your so kind to me I've never had anypony be this nice to me before." It was then that she saw Delia collapse, panic ran through Melody's mind. Melody didn't know what to do to help her, all she knew was that Delia was in the same situation that Melody was just in only this was worse. (lol making up for not being on much last night worked late, sorry Luna for not posting sooner.)

@ Melody gasped when she felt Flare pick her up her heart beating faster and faster as he walked with her on his back. "I...I...I'm fine really this isn't necessary. I'm just happy to be around...you Flare." Melody turned her head, her cheeks turning a deep crimson. Melody was happy with just being around Flare, and being at a hot spring would give her more of a chance to be around him.

Well I just post so hopefully it will start back up I've just been working late the last few nights so it doesn't leave much time to post on the forums.

@DashiesInsaneProtector, @ Melody blushed a little, she wasn't sure what to say. She'd never really had anypony help her like this, she'd always had to do things on her own. "What exactly do we hope to find at the top Delia?" Melody wondered. She looked over to Flare, feeling her heart skip a beat or two. I wonder what will happen once we get up there? Perhaps I'll get to spend more time with Flare. Melody thought to herself giggling a little.

Melody walked around Canterlot having just finished their last concert tonight, she figured that she would check out a local club. Melody trotted up to a popular club. She could hear the music blasting, all be it a quite different sound from her bands music it was her style of music. Melody walked in hearing the bass thumping and could see all the stallions and mares mixing it up. Taking a seat at the bar she ordered a special house drink "The Spitfire" (lol see what I did there) Melody looked around there were plenty of cute, handsome stallions here and she was looking to find that special somepony. Ok Melody just play it cool...maybe one of them will come talk to you.

Melody just laid there quietly. She was better off not talking just so that she could let her voice rest seeing as how she was coughing so much. Melody listened in as everypony discussed their thoughts and ideas. Her heart skipped a beat upon Flare's mention of her, but was soon brought back with the talk of changelings. The prospect of having to kill somepony didn't sit well with her either Kill somepony I...I don't know if I could do that. Melody thought to herself. It was then Melody heard Delia say something to her. "I'm fine Delia the...*cough*...wind and snow aren't bothering me much. Thank you for the scarf and thank all of you for taking such good care *cough* of me. Even though I'm not being of much help right now." Melody gave a half hearted smile, watching Flare continue to pull her along.

@, @DashiesInsaneProtector Melody blushed when she heard Flare tell Draco that he'd protect her. She didn't know what to think, she'd never had anypony make that statement about her. "Th...thank you Flare that's sweet of you." Melody hid her face again. She was too embarrassed to look at Flare. She was still catching some of the wind as she was pulled along but not nearly as much as she would've had she been walking herself. She was very great full to have ponies around her that cared for each other. "So where exactly are we headed *cough* now Delia?"

@ Melody felt a little better hearing Flare trying to talk her down. She still couldn't push the thought out of her head though. All it did was remind her of her young filly days when she was picked on. The other ponies telling her she was useless and couldn't do anything right. It only served to make her cry more. I should've just been left behind. Suddenly Melody remembered what her parents told her. It was that it's when one gives up on themselves that they become useless. It was crude advise but it helped her feel better. Melody wiped the tears away from her eyes and perked her ears up. "Well since I can't do much *cough* right now to...*cough*...help. I can at least give us a song while we continue." Melody took as deep a breath as she could and started to sing a gentle lullaby her mother sang to her as a foal. It was far from perfect though having to stop and cough and catch her breath. (last post of the night gotta work early tomorrow morning so then *yawn* off to bed to nurse my carpel tunnel in my hands from typing so much. Lolz)

@ Melody felt Flare pick her up and place her on the sled. Her heart skipped a beat, being pulled along by Flare was too good to be true for her. Feeling him pull her along he heard his question to Delia, and it was a valid one at that. But it was quickly brought down by the fact that she had been holding everypony back. She quickly buried her face in her hooves starting to cry "I'm sorry all I've done is slow everypony down. You should just leave me behind and continue the mission. I'm nothing but dead weight." (ok for some reason it won't let me do the @ thing for you dashie so I'll have to quote your from now on.)
