Minath felt in Luna's mind that she wasn't in control of her actions, and put up warding spells around herself and Rambler's minds. Caras would not take kindly to knowing that Minath knew that Luna wasn't herself. Minath's warding spells would last days. Her and Rambler's thoughts were safe from Luna and Caras. @@Alex Kennedy, Rambler probably felt a tingle in his mind when she set the spell, and she also created a spell that Celestia knew called a mind link. Now Rambler and herself could talk telepathically, and because of Minath's warding spell nopony could hear what they were saying. Minath looked to Rambler and sent him a telepathic message. Now Rambler, this is going to sound weird, but we can now speak via our minds. We can withhold things and send things, and you also have a warding spell on your mind. Caras can't see our messages, I made sure of that. Luna is under Caras' control, I saw it in her mind. Minath thought, then showed Rambler via telepathy the memory of Luna's blank mind. I need you to stay as far away from her as possible. Stay close to me. ~~~ Lumi found a scrying mirror and contacted her parents in the Dragon Banks. She explained to them what was going on, but watered it down so that they wouldn't worry about her. She just hoped they understood. Then she walked over to Rambler. "I may not know you well, but I've talked to Minath enough that I know you deserve this." Lumi said, then held out the element of Kindness.

@, Lumi broke mentally, and the words started pouring out of her. "Why?! What plan is worth us, your friends, your family?! Let us in! We can help you! Minath can help you! We can pull you back!" ((By the way... Dark is the element of magic. The element of magic can kinda cure him, right?))

@, Lumi followed Dark for the landing, standing behind and being silent. She could still kinda tell it was Tempest but this thing that everyone called the Aura Beast now dominated most of his features. To be safe Lumi started filling her flame sac so she was ready to breathe fire at a moment's notice. She just hoped it wouldn't escalate to a fight.

@, Lumi nodded, following behind. "Minath sent Sole to scan the Everfree too. If we need help, we can always call for him. I am familiar with his scent, but it must be stronger to you. I feel like something, or someone is watching us. He must be near." Lumi said, scanning the forest below.

@, Lumi nodded and followed Dark out, flying behind her fellow dragoness companion. "I may work for Tempest, but I know next to nothing about the aura beast. You know him best, and Xena too, where would they be and what would they be doing?" Lumi asked, flapping her wings next to Dark.

Minath looked to the sky and saw a solar eclipse. She looked to Luna and saw that something was wrong.Using a brain scan spell that Celestia knew, she found Luna's mind completely blank. Nightmare Moon could be upon them soon, if Minath didn't do anything. She used her magic to try to call Luna back to her, all while trying to move the moon back down. Minath was succeeding, but with slow progress. She started hollering out orders to the ponies around her. @, "Lumi and Dark! You go to Xena!" @, "Sole! You scout the Everfree! ABSOLUTELY alert us of anything. ANYTHING. As your Princess I command you to not engage by yourself!" @@Alex Kennedy, "Rambler, you stay here with me. I need to fix this."

I was loyal to Rambler for those seven years, and I have to be honest to have gotten as high in the military as I am." Lumi spoke next. "I will take on Kindness and Laughter. When I was traveling I often gave my own food to passing travelers, and go hungry myself. I offered them a joke or a story on the side, because everyone needs to smile." ~~~ DH waved her hoof. "Chrmosh is hungry. May we feed him? Guayota could use a snack also."

@@Child Of Darkness, Yeah, it was a long shot. I'm thinking as like a turning point or something DH will die. Then Lightning Storm can be introduced. -
OH CELESTIA MAKE IT STOP! Another OC. Minath's friend and former protege, and the Captain of the Cloudsdale Guard, Lightning Storm. And not to forget he is my first male OC, if you can count him as that. He is my friend's but that friend isn't a member of the forums and I need his character. So yeah, Lightning Storm everypony!

Okay, I know I'm already over the OC limit BUUUUUUUUT I recently mentioned Lightning Storm, Minath's old protege, and I was wondering if I could put him in. Rambler has never met Lightning Storm, so there could be some drama. And I think a character like him would make a nice addition to our party. And the good guys need more firepower. I'm beginning to trust Luna less and less, and I fear she is slipping. I have to fight Caras, to end him. If I die, then Equestria will have its first prince. I sent a letter to Lightning Storm in Cloudsdale. If I don't come back, he'll be the prince. There is a very large chance that I won't live. I have a feeling we'll be leaving again, and I don't want you to come. I've lost you for seven years, and I don't want to lose you forever. Now that I'm a princess... it's confirmed. I'm never going to die. I want as much time with you as possible, and I don't want you put at risk. I'm facing forces beyond my comprehension, and I don't want you to get hurt. I now see how fragile life is, and the part of me that is now Celestia has made me see how short everypony's life is. I will go on, forever or until I am killed. That is the only way for one of my kind to die. I don't you want to be caught up in that." ((Most heartfelt wall of text ever.))

@, Lumi looked uncomfortable, and Minath placed a hoof on Dark's shoulder, then spoke. "There's a chance for all of us to go bad. But if Tempest did join Caras, it would not be of his own doing. I can assure you of that." Tempest has a good heart, he would never go to Caras on his own free will...right?

Minath said, breaking the silence. ~~~ @@Child Of Darkness, DH was surprised to hear Caras being courteous, but went inside and sat down none the less. She absentmindedly scratched Guayota between his ears, waiting or something to happen.

@@Child Of Darkness, Minath was chatting with Lumi, asking about Tempest. Working under him Minath had assumed Lumi might've known where he was, but with no such luck. Both Minath and Lumi heard Luna's beckoning and flew to meet her. @, DH found Tempest at Caras' house. "Tempest! What in the world do you think you're doing here?" DH said, then turned to Caras. "I'm sorry he's bothering you Caras."
