Funny songs? I know funny songs. http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=sfqEeOaKKpc UNTZ UNTZ UNTZ. I have to say, I find some of The 69 Eyes's songs quite reminiscent of Type O Negative. http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=TRUYs2cKcX0 I'm sure plenty of people will hate me for saying this, but I've always been a bigger fan of the 69 Eyes as well. *awaits incoming rocks* But yeah, Type O Negative are fantastic.
  2. I shall raise the mighty kidney of the great overlords and sing the song of a thousand rainbows. This will idealy be completed before the pineapple apocalypse begins to unfold. And when the watermelons come in with their fancy unicycles... that's when all shall be revealed. BEHOLD. A turtleneck.

Type O Negative were great, shame about the whole... dying... thing. Why yes, yes I have. They played at my regular club a couple of months ago, unfortunately I couldn't go. :I I haven't been to any kind of gig since Assemblage 23 in July. .___. Did someone say Steampunk? http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=tq7XG4XOJsc I love Psyclone Nine, in fact, I was listening to them all day yesterday. Another band that kind of reminds me of them, but are bit more... experimental are these guys. http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=drZyj7rLqeg&feature=related
  4. Oh, thanks. My eyes change colour on a regular basis, I'm not sure why really. It's how roll. :I I disagree. He must have 4, one for each limb.

Goth Bronies unite? I've actually seen lots of Goths at clubs I go to with plushies and cutsie stuff, so it doesn't surprise me much that there's a few out there into MLP as well. In fact, I'd imagine there's quite a lot.
  7. The best advice I can give you is to look up tutorial videos on youtube and learn the basics that way, there's lots of them about. Once you have the basics down, you can start figuring out the rest by yourself as you start to form your own style. Also, if you decide to create original music, I recommend picking up an instrument if you haven't already. Knowing a bit about music before composing anything is very helpful. I also find it easier to compose something on my keyboard, and then bring it into FL Studio and play about with it a bit more there, rather then just sit in front of the screen the whole time.

No... not that kind... There we go, in all it's glorious and completely inane forms... well, most of them anyway... More specifically though, I'm referring to the music. Anyone else here a fan of some Darkwave? Coldwave? Deathrock? Dark Cabaret? Goth Rock? Industrial? Industrial Rock? Industrial Metal? Gothic Metal? Electro Industrial? EBM? Scynthpop? Futurpop? Power Noise? [/insert other genres associated with Goth in one way or another] I guess I could start by annoying all the Trad Goths and post a bit of Futurpop. That's always fun. http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=jr5lz52k37g ... Fine, I'll even it out with London After Midnight. Because they're awesome. http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=h1wjPOPxrdk&feature=related
  9. See, I have both... I'm not sure which is which anymore, but generally speaking, i like men's tops because they're baggy and snugly :3 But women's tops tend to have more effort put into the design, so I have a bunch of those as well. As far as trousers go, I tend to buy women's ones because the guy's trousers are are usually too big on me. http://mlpforums.com/public/style_emoticons/default/dry.png
  10. However, My beard is somewhat mightier. Now, I know what you're thinking. "Hansel, you don't have a beard." But I can assure you... it's there. In my mind. ;______; *forever beardless*
  11. BEHOLD THE FUCKS I GIVE ABOUT GENDER NORMS. Anyway, skirts give me an excuse to wear legnings. Those things are comfy man. :I Especially if you're like me and refuse to wear jeans unless you have to peel them off spatula at the end of the day.
  12. I'm gonna be honest, I couldn't be more disconnected from what men and women should and shouldn't wear. If I see an item of clothing in a shop that I like and I want to buy it, I buy it. I don't see why a tiny label on the inside that might say "F" should prevent me from that. In fact, I'm not really sure which of my clothes are intended for women and which are intended for men. (Aside from the skirts and kimono.) I honestly just... stopped caring, and I don't really think of it as cross-dressing either. I don't wear womens clothes "because it's the real me" or "because it makes me feel more comfortable in my own skin", and I don't really understand why I need to be transgendered to wear clothes associated with women. I don't value clothes on that kind of level. If I feel comfortable in something, and it looks okay on me... then what else do I need? They're just clothes..and I like clothes... :I I think it's also important to remember that's what seen as a male aesthetic and what's seen as a female aesthetic is mostly subjective and varies between different societies and different civilisations. At the end of the day, they're just arbitrary rules that don't really make a great deal of sense.
  13. There's a difference between being honest about your sexuality and performing the whole "coming out" parade. I'm not saying anyone should keep their sexuality a secret, far from it. I just don't see how people can say that being queer doesn't make you any different to heterosexuals, and then turn around and promote the idea of "coming out" if you're not straight, as well as using queer sexualities as a label or an identity and calling people with non-heterosexual sexualities a "community". You're saying that being queer isn't a big deal, but treating it as if it is. It just seems counterintuitive to me. Also, that. ^ The only reason a lot of people probably don't know that I'm not straight is because they haven't actually asked me about my sexuality. I don't see why I should have to alert the whole world about it, just as straight people don't. (Well, some straight people feel the need to I suppose ) And people assume I'm straight most of the time because of this.
  14. *sniff sniff* I smell Industrial Metal. *puts on military gear* *all of the eye liner* *counts up to 4 in German repeatedly* http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=lViCo8cbD_8&feature=related Yeah,,, Industrial Metal is good.
  15. I never actually understood the premise of "coming out" to be honest. If I was heterosexual, would I have to call a family meeting and alert everyone about my sexual preference? "Guys, there's something I've been meaning to tell you... I'm... I'm straight!" I just think it's a bit of an oxymoron when you're told that being queer doesn't mean that you should be treated differently to straight people, but then you're also told that you should hold some kind of ceremony to tell everyone about you being queer. By doing that, you're treating yourself differently. It's such a non-issue and I honestly can't get my head around why everyone is so fixated about it. Why the Hell does it even matter? "WE'RE HERE. WE'RE QUEER. GET USED TO IT!" No one cares, I'm trying to eat my lunch.
  16. No, of course not. Whilst it's true that environmental reasons can effect your sexuality, it isn't something you can change in the same way you can change your belief in something. Belief is something you can critically analyse and change based on evidence (or lack of) as well as probability. Sexuality is how you feel. If you become attracted to someone, that isn't something you can help. I mean, yeah, you can repress those feelings all you want, and eventually, those feelings might go away, but it doesn't change the fact that you were attracted to that person to begin with. Saying that, sexuality is something that's fluid, and can shift and change throughout a person's life. You say sexuality isn't a conscious choice, so for arguments sake, let's go with that. If it isn't something you consciously choose, then it's subconscious, meaning that it's something you aren't aware of and cannot control. So... if it isn't a conscious choice and you aren't aware of it or have any control over it... then is really a choice at all? Furthermore, if you wanted to change your sexuality, you'd have to alter your subconscious desires... which you can't... because it's subconscious.
  17. Really awesome cover, you have a lot of talent. My favorite drummer is Tim Yatras, so if could cover something from one of , it would awesome.
  18. Oh yes, I forgot about the day I consciously decided to find men and women sexually attractive. Kind of like that time I decided that liking tangerines was a ridiculous hobby, and told my taste buds to knock it off.
  19. How do I sit on a chair? Indubitably. *takes out a bottle of port* Balderdash! Jeeves, fetch me that blasted corkscrew before I resort to unscrupulous measures!

  21. Pansexuality is essentially bisexuality but with a different mindset. Bisexuals generally like both sex's, but they still think about a person's sex or gender. A bisexual may or may not like one sex more then the other, and may or may not be attracted to transgendered and transsexual people. A pansexual is "gender blind", so they don't care at all about a person's sex or there gender. They're equally open to males, females, male/women and female/men. A bisexual can still be open to everyone equally, but they still have feelings towards sex or gender. The misconception is that pansexuals are people who are attracted towards males and females, as well as transgendered and transsexual people, whilst bisexuals are only attracted towards males and females who are cisgendered, but that isn't strictly true. Hope that made sense. :3
  22. I've never been able to apply sexuality to myself, it just doesn't make a lot of sense... to me, anyway. I personally find that it's something very fluid and changes all the time. Giving it arbitrary labels makes it really confusing for me. Sometimes I'm attracted to one sex more then the other, sometimes it's about the same for both, and sometimes I'm only attracted to one sex. I've always found it a bit of a none-issue and I've never really understood why there's a "community" thing behind it. I suppose they work as descriptive terms, but I don't really see why people use them as labels. Meh, I guess it works for some people. I think there's a difference between being gay and being camp. I've met camp straight guys, and I've met non-camp gay guys. I guess that most of the camp guys I have met have been gay, but seeing as there's still camp heterosexuals and non-camp homosexuals, I don't think the two are strictly synonymous. I personally find the majority of camp gay men tend to be the type that are very involved in the "community" side of it, which like I said, I never really got. But that's just my observation.
  23. I like my Metal how I like my intercourse. Frostbitten, and progressive. http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=pmoe7wwm4HM&feature=related But, you know... I like almost everything else too. Also, thanks. m/ :Pm/
  24. Did someone say books? I'm currently reading Frank Herbert's Dune. I actually first picked it a really long time ago, but then got distracted by some stuff. Then I decided to read some Terry Pratchett and an Anne Rice book. Then I Found a really beautifully illustrated copy of Alice in Wonderland, so I read that, and then the library was giving away free books, so that distracted me. But then I was like... wait... wasn't I reading a really awesome sci-fi novel? And then I picked up Dune again and it's awesome.
  25. Just felt like I had to point out that this sort of reminds me of Birthday Massacre's . Which is... you know... awesome. At least for me. Though if you're gonna make more music, I wouldn't worry too much about genres, they're not that important.
