request Teach me the ways of Puppets..Please..

I need to know how to use MLP puppets but bronyanimtudios is no help (To freaking fast for my Autistic mind to handle. -_-)

Flamingo Rich tutorial don't teach much basics as far as I can tell.

 

Basically what I am asking for is a Flash puppet teacher for CS3 or CS5 (CS3 preferred).

 

I will make a Skype just for the lessons just asking if any pony will help me?
