Also, it's interesting that everyone (except Megatron of course) is a video game character. Wonder if that might change

I noticed that. I probably would have chosen a character from Bleach or Highlander if I didn't feel so uncomfortable writing for characters that aren't my own. As it stands, video games are the only medium that I can really draw from for this.

True enough, but Megatron would have first appeared on Television before a video game. Plus, from the looks of things, Lord Megatron is likely using the Transformers Prime version. Unless of course I am mistaken, haha.

Description of Appearance: 

Short Bio/History: Once a psychiatrist at Arkham Asylum, Harleen went off the deep end after falling madly (no pun intended) in love with the manipulative Joker. Now one of Gotham cities most nefarious and insane criminals, she works alongside her "Puddin" to play hilarious jokes on the rest of the city (usually consisting of stealing something priceless, blowing something up, and generally causing trouble for the Batman.)

We've got one more slot available, folks! Suffice to say, it looks like we can get this thing off the ground!   I'll be working on a starting post for the time being, and I will provide the link in this thread once it's up. He has lived in Night Vale his entire life. 

Being the one that gives the town basically all of the news, he is always very aware of what's happening in Night Vale, and is very proud and fond of it despite how terrible and weird things can be.
