*Sigh* This good IRL friend has been lounging around and pretty much almost has taken control of MY apartment. He normally doesn't do this, but due to some passed issues, which he doesn't seem to wanna drop, he is pretty much living in my place in spite of having his own apartment in this complex. When he returns tomorrow, I have made it my personal task to talk to him about this. If he agrees and stays at his place without much complaint, he will have visitation privileges. If he makes a big deal over it, I am going to bar him from my apartment for a long while till he cools his jets and gets his life back in order.

To a point he will understand, yes. But I am expecting him to bitch and moan about it still. He'll always find some reason to complain about something. I he does make a huge issue out of it, I will exercise my authority to kick him out and bar him from my apartment.
