He will be played by Brave Racer So be sure to send him a big congrats! ________________________________________________________________________________________ As the title states i'm looking for voice actors, BUT i need a majority of male voices, Allow me to explain. For awhile now I've wanted to make a redub of a MLP:FiM episode as a gender bender, and since i recently started getting back in to using Sony Vegas, i'd like to make that dream come true! The episode I have chosen to do is "Luna Eclipsed" because it's my favorite episode, as well as one of the episodes that really got me hooked on MLP:FiM. There won't be animation for a bit as I am still working with animating ponies and trying to get used to it, but if anyone would like to take that on solo, PLEASE be my guest. So far i have one person who will be playing Princess Luna (or as her genderbender name is Prince Artemis) But i need male actors for the Following roles... AppleJack (AppleJack obviously...) (Spot has been filled) Applejack: Howdy Barbara, hey Dusk shine! Nice costume. Applejack: With that beard, I reckon you're some sorta country music singer. Applejack: I mean... that's easy! All you gotta do is have the right attitude. Loosen up a bit, be positive, play a few games, have some fun. Rainbow Blitz (Rainbow Dash) Rainbow Blitz: Lighten up, old-timer. It's the best night of the year for pranks! Rainbow Blitz: It's all in good fun. OH OH, there's another group over there! Dusk Shine (Twilight Sparkle) Dusk Shine: He created more than 200 spells! He even has a shelf in the Canterlot library of magic named after him. Maybe I should start up a pony group to teach ponies about history. I bet everypony would love it! Don't you, Barbara? Dusk Shine: Prince Artemis! Dusk Shine: Thank you, finally! Somepony who gets my costume! Uh, I just came to welcome you to our celebration! My actual name is- Berry Bubble (Pinkie Pie) Bubble Berry: Yeah! Great costume, Dusk shine! You make a fantastic weirdo clown! Bubble Berry: Butterscotch! You've gotta hide us! Darkhorse Knight is here and... [chicken squawk] He stole Butterscotch's voice so he can't scream when he GOBBLES HIM UP!!! Bubble Berry: Hey, guys. Anypony seen Pip? We lost him the last time we had to run... [chicken squawk] Aaah! Darkhorse Knight is gobbling Pipsqueak! Everypony run! Butterscotch (Fluttershy) Butterscotch: Go away! No candy here! Visitors not welcome on Nightmare Night! Butterscotch: It is you. Oh, and Darkhorse Knight. [gasp] Darkhorse Knight?! Barbara (Spike) Barbara: Ugh, come on, Dusk shine. We're gonna be late for the Nightmare Night festival. Huh? Are you that one kooky grandpa from Ponyville Retirement Village? Barbara: Thanks! I'm a dragon. Barbara: Spooky voice might work better is he wasn't dressed like that. Zecora (Can be for filed by male/female) Zecora: Follow me and very soon you'll hear the tale of Darkhorse Knight. Listen close my little dears, and I'll tell you where you got your fears of Nightmare Night, so dark and scary. Of Darkhorse Knight, who makes you wary. Zecora: Hungrily, he soars the sky. If he sees nopony, he passes by. So if he comes and all is clear, Equestria is safe another year! Zecora: A perfect question, my little friend. For Darkhorse Knight you must not offend. Fill up his belly with a treat or two, so he won't return to come eat you! Pipsqueak (I think the female name will be the same) Pipsqueak: Pipsqueak the pirate, at your service. It's my very first Nightmare Night Pipsqueak: Sure did! Pipsqueak: Uh, Miss/Mister Zecora, if we wear costumes to hide from Darkhorse Knight, so he won't gobble us up, how come we still need to give him some of our candy? Auditions! For auditions Please read the lines provided in the spoiler for character you'd like to play, You may audition for more than one character BUT you will only receive one part. When ready to send in your audition please PM me and i'll send you a specific email address where you can send it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure all emailed files are MP3 FILES ONLY I cannot express this enough, if you send me a different format I WILL NOT accept your audition, but I will message you and ask you to convert it. This will be the main thread in which i will keep up-to-date so be sure to check fequently to see if parts are filled or if anything else becomes available. On a last note if you get the part PLEASE stay committed to the project, I can't have multiple people flake out on me, If you get accpted and something comes up and you can't for fill your role PLEASE MESSAGE ME ASAP. The script is not set in stone and I may need to have you rerecord lines. I realize some parts are smaller than others but as i said before PLEASE check back here often for updates, I will be updating this thread as frequently as possible. Klopp 2,050 March 29, 2012 Share March 29, 2012 (edited) Just to Clarify for everypony who read my first post in here; I wasn't intending on actually giving this a proper try at first, but decided that since this project won't be started up until after college is over, and I (possibly) will have my own apartment, I thought I'd actually try for the parts. Apparently I did an impressive job on the auditions, so I've got the role of Berry Bubble I'm looking forward to this, as voice acting has been somewhat of a passion of mine. I'm always doing silly voices at home and work, and have been told by many that I should do voices, or go into Radio as an announcer or for commercials. I just never knew where to get a start Also, a note to you Gizmo, and everypony else for that matter; Just because I am a mod here, does not make me any greater a person than the rest of the cast chosen for this project (Or better than those who are not chosen ). I'm just a simple Brony with good voices. Especially Berry Bubble, cause I have actually been practicing for this role for months without realizing it. I've been singing all of Pinkie Pie's songs every time I drive in the car, and have gotten to the point where it just comes pretty much naturally I even find myself talking in that voice at work now XD!
