Merp, well I have a couple edits to this. 

 

1. The mane style should be spiked up only around the horn, but short on the back. (And when I say spiked up I mean completely spiked up)

 

2. He shouldn't have dragon wings, only a large dragon tail.

 

3. Green Eyes?

 

4. The cutie mark should be a balloon, with an anvil attached to the bottom.

 

5. Eyepatch over the right eye.

 

6. A red fur patch from his lower neck all the way to his stomach, with a lightning bolt shape.

 

7. Transparent background? It's for something I'm making.

@, Do you mean a tail like in the picture, or an actual dragon's tail? Also, am I understanding this correctly; your OC does not have wings?

He doesn't have wings, and yes an actual dragon's tail. I made that when I wanted him to have wings.
