Could somepony draw my original character, Scilight "science" Pi Paitanibu?

 

I was wanting him to be in a high-technology office, sippin' some coffee, and holding a modern cellular phone, around a bunch of glowing blue, beeping and flashing server racks and equipment? I would really appreciate if you could make this an animated GIF, since I don't know how to make GIF's. I would also prefer, that the windows feature a sort of futuristic cityline behind them with ponies on jetpacks flying around, and a maglev train going through. If anypony could do a good quality or higher quality GIF of this, Zank you!
