Normal Void stared at Soprano with a grin for a moment.

"King Void, means no harm to a anpony even if he looks quite brutal"

Void was still buzzing his wings and grinning.

 "I probably should let King talk to you Soprano since he should show what he is like"

Void suggested as he turned into King in the room with his friends.

"Void speaks of the truth, we, me and Void are both sane... Now at least as far as I can tell heheh"

King bowed at Soprano to be a little more formal he was still double Soprano's height so bowing may have been a bad idea.

Soprano saw King's size, so he (finally) transformed back into his human self. He was finally at eye level with the King. "Ah, finally. I don't get a ruddy migraine from being my true self." he said, looking down to his side, checking his satchel for his notepad.

King was smiling at his human friend. He then turned back into Void to talk.

"So I assume you are feeling better? Good to know it don't hurt to transform again"

He was grinning as he walked to the the window Shiny Kelly was at.

"You feeling as good now then?"

Void pushed her shoulder in a playful way and giggled.

"I'm better, I just miss my parents, know now that I have control of transformation thanks to Mariah, they would be very happy. "

Void was laughing a little and yet he had a warm smile on his face.

"I associate all of you as my family too, I never really had a real family besides Chrysalis and you all know how that turned out"

He was laughing at himself when he saw Kelly with tears in her eyes.

"Tears of joy I assume, friend?"

He knew they were but wanted to ask anyway.

"I have yet to feel enough joy to cry but I believe that emotion will happen soon enough"

Shiny Kelly returned to normal for Kelly, she smiled at Void, a new path is opened to both, now the castle of Canterlot, Kelly responded to Void, Mariah was asleep in bed. 

 

"Looks like we'll apply everything we have learned over the years and teach new ponies, Mariah seems to have gotten tired, she has a great potential, it certainly will dominate the dark magic." 

 

Kelly still looking at the sky. Kelly was all of his family with an immense respect 

 

"Thank you for saving me that day, so I hope you find the other 4 Dark Alicorn, they will have more chances, I'm not afraid anymore." 

 

Kelly hugged void with a paw and pointed to the sky. 

 

"Tomorrow will be a new test for us Void."

Void for once hugged Kelly back but quite strong.

"Yes, tomorrow will be the dawn of a new day... Oh and those Alicorns will fear us. When I get time I am going to hunt the four left down myself with King"

Void sounded grim and nasty but breathed calmly.

"Let's not dwell on that though, we need to focus on what we have to do soon"

He walked over to the corner of the room and hissed a little before walking back to Kelly.

"Sorry sometimes violence feels good to me, being a dark creature makes me still a little evil but I ain't bad"

Void pointed at his horn once he mentioned evil but smiled at Kelly again.

"Dark Magic is not something normal ponies should mess with" Void added as he looked at Mariah resting in bed.

"If I helped Mariah learn Dark Magic like I said I would earlier then she will change... Only creatures born of night can learn magic like that, it would turn her evil and psychotic"

"Then you should warn you there, you saw that she learned to use Magic Chrysalis just looking, you need to talk seriously with her tomorrow before we leave for school. "

"I know, she may end up giving in to his dark side, and the dark alicorn almost did."

Void stared at Kelly and smiled.

"I will warn her trust me, even I fear her magic power when she uses dark magic, you saw what her Chrysalis spell did to me..."

He shivered a little but stood straight up again and grinned.

"Let us not think about that now though, all it does is ruin the happy mood!"

He sounded cheery again as he hugged Kelly again.

"Thanks... For everything, I was alone before I met you in the Everfree awhile ago"

Kelly hugged Void with all the strength Void always said, and he was right. 

 

"You too, I did not believe in magic and that she could be good, you've led me here, surely we will be a good pair of workout for those new ponies." 

 

Kelly looks at Mariah.

"Her magic even makes me sometimes fear what she could do in the future, she is strong and skilled" He was still smiling to prove he was complementing Mariah not insulting her.

"She will grow in power at the School and it will make her greater" Void even sounded a little impressed with what Mariah could do.

"She scared me when she transfered energy for both of us, she had a lot of magical energy as much as Dark Shiny, I'm looking forward to seeing her new friends unicorns, surely this will be something incredible. "

 

Kelly smiles at Void. 

 

"She got along with the King was not, she forgave him too quickly, she has a good heart." 

 

Kelly jumps on the bed and points at the other side. 

 

"We have to sleep Void."

Void looked at Kelly then Mariah.

"Even King was very, VERY impressed with Mariah's skill, and yes agreed we need sleep if we want a good day tomorrow" He grinned and flashed his fangs for a moment as he hopped onto the bed and threw his armour to the side.

"You will rarely see me without my armour heheh" Void was laughing as he looked at his armourless body.

"I really hate taking it off..." He then fell asleep nearly instantly after he took his armour off and slept.

[The next morning. - 06AM]

 

Mariah was already raised on the balcony of the hotel where they were missing four hours for them to come out the first day at school. Mariah was using magic to create some barriers of stone, she took aim with Horn and through the magic of Chrysalis broke an entire row of stones.

"Yeah, it was perfect, black magic, it's much easier to have power."

Mariah felt that someone was there she looked back and saw Void with a straight face.

"Hello Void, you want to see what I learned?"

Void was very serious in his facial expression with Mariah.

"I see you have been practising Dark Magic..."

Void sounded a little worried as he approached Mariah to stand right next to her.

"An hour or two because ?, and where is Kelly, she's still sleeping?"

Mariah turned to the other row of stones and she had prepared his horn that was negative and hit a row making it easily explode.

"Chrysalis created a perfect magical style handle, this is too much that's why you become so easily."

Mariah turned and looked Void

"You are okay Void?, because it is so serious?"

"Kelly is sleeping still I assume" Void's horn sparked black magic from the amount of it in the air he could feel.

"Chrysalis's Magic style may be easy... But if it is easy have you ever thought why other pones have never tried Changeling royal dark magic before?"

Void asked a serious question to Mariah and waited for an answer.

Void looked at his own hooves then back at Mariah.

"I do not think you are weak and you cannot do this but the Dark Magic will either turn you into a Changeling or make you go insane... Ponies in the past that have used this magic have never recovered there brain from darkness, they change evil, forever"

Void looked upset at Mariah and added.

"I am sorry I never told you this earlier I didn't want to hurt your feelings but if you keep using this magic it will change you. I know how it feels to use this magic, it feels good doesn't it? Makes you feel strong, that is what makes you mad, Mariah"

Mariah saw that Void was serious and she knew how he was a creature of darkness that was his normal magic, she replied with a little sadness.

Void smiled at her with a warm smile.

"Good, please I don't want you to change... Just don't use my magic"

He then jumped forward and Hugged Mariah.

"Your a good friend Mariah, thank you"

After he hugged her he noticed Kelly was up too and he nodded his head with a smile in her direction.

Kelly grinned the window to her friends, she was willing, she stretched and jumped from the second floor like a cat she fell to the floor perfectly with no problem, it was nothing for those who survive a fall of 100 meters. After making these incredible acrobatics, she followed up the two friends embraced.

Void's mouth was just open at what he saw Kelly do. Void has always been very clumsy so seeing agility and elegance like Kelly just showed just left him in awe.

"Wa... How... you just...." He was just saying random stuff to himself since he had no idea how to react, he saw Mariah looking at him hoping for a reaction but he just left his mouth open.

Kelly giggled to Void and Mariah, and responded. 

 

"I'll take that as a yes, you liked ?, hope you have not scared you, I've been trained this for years, I was ashamed of what you would find me weird" 

 

Kelly sat among his friends. 

 

"Void you are okey, Mariah, sorry about this"
