request Here's a challenge for you artists

Hello all, my name is Patterson Rio Tacitus, or Pat.Rio.T. But you can call me Pat.  Maybe you've seen me around here, probably not. But hey, now that you're here, moving on.

 

I am trying to create a new OC. Yeah, I know, that sounds just like any old request here, but here me out. I was using PonyCreator to get the general idea, but I didn't like any of the manestyles they offered, on this specific character(Also I wanted this OC to have facial hair). I am also still not completely sure about the color scheme. And since I am not a very good artist, unlike many of you, I need you to help me come up with a mane design.

 

Anyone can contribute, and if you come up with something that impresses me, and I end up using, I will mention you in its bio. Sound like a party?  (This will get awkward if nopony shows up)

 

Oh right, you're probably going to need specifics. Well then, uh, first off, there are no set deadlines, at all, so... don't worry about that. This isn't an official contest or anything. 

Second...uum, oh! All that I require for this is a bust or (boom)head shot, however, if you so desire, you can draw the entire body. But I have a feeling I'll know what the tail should be like when I settle on a manestyle. 

Third, I have kind of come up with a color scheme, but, once again, if you think it's an eyesore, and you have something better in mind, I am all for experimenting. That is what this whole thing is for, kind of.

Fourth, please, do try to implement facial hair into the design, just because, I kind of envisioned him as one who would have that. But for the last time, if you REEEEEEALLY think he should not have an-Yeah you get the idea. You know what, how about you just assume that this idea is true for all my rules

Obviously I would like something that would fit his personality, so here you go, his personality

He generally doesn't like to interact with other ponies. He tends to be aggressive, serious, and pessimistic, and he suppresses his emotion. despite all of this however, he values harmony and life. He will defend the weak and helpless, and will by all means stand up for what he believes is right.
