As for what rank, I would assume that he'd be in a sort of flux between having a command position and a soldier one, due to his blindness. I don't play TF2, but he's pretty much every stereotypical brute rolled into one. He does have emotions though, seen with how upset he was over Daffodil's painful death "Aren’t we the same?
