Damien stood there looking at William and then finally asked, "What do want me to do?" He hoped he wouldn't have to do anything, this day already was getting too long and exhausting for his liking. At least the Sun would be going down soon and no one would really be able to him unless they were standing right next to him.

"Well, you do better in the dark, stay to areas where you can't be seen. If you can find any of their fleshy parts," William said, pausing as he grew out a few poisonous needles out of his arm. "Put these in there. Don't stick yourself with them, though. I can get the doc to synthesize an antidote, but that can take time, considering how easily distracted he is." He turned to Trixie and said "Trixie, you should just focus on using your trail to your advantage. Try to make it more acidic than poisonous, though, in order to wear through their armor. Poison doesn't go through Steel at all."

Nyx nodded and headed over to the recovering Charizard gijinka. "Hello?" She asked, quietly, gently rubbing his forehead, attempting to wake him up. "Wake up sleepyhead, you've made a full recovery." Nyx whispered, trying to rouse him gently from his slumber.

"Come. No time. Fight. Smash Ribose" Ferrous hissed, putting more emotion into his blank voice. He still sounded bored, despite his inner rage. The rest of the bulky gjinkas nodded, pounding their chest once and saluting to the legendary. "Onward" Ferrous commanded, marching forward at a steady pace

Looking around him, he watched as they saluted, and made sure to remember the salute for later, though he thought he'd probably never be that audible. He then begun marching with the others. Soon enough, he took out a small rock from a pocket underneath his armour, and begun munching on it, as fighting on an empty stomach was not his strategy.

Ferrous didn't know that he just a distraction. Viral's strategy was simple, but proven. A simple distraction with Ferrous's troops, and then a finishing blow from behind with everyone else. Viral knew that Ribose would overestimate him, and thus, more than likely fan out her army to try and see it coming. How wrong she'd be. 

 

"Gjinkas, roll ou-Wait, wrong series" Viral giggled, letting out a whistle, the signal to start the march.Everyone in camp, barring those who were useless in a fight like Kirara and prisoners like Ai, was ordered to move. That being said, Viral didn't run a tight ship, so there were plenty of stragglers 

 

Nox heard the shrill whistle and tried to get over his fear. A smirk crossed his face all too soon

"Sounds good, the Sun should be down very soon, and then the fun starts for real." He said while chuckling in a way that was unsettling. "Yay time for blood!" Saint said in his head. For once Shadow agreed and said, "Let's be ready I'd like for the ground to run red with blood. Also only use the spikes if you have to, it's much more fun...our way."

"Make my poison more acidic? I don't know if I can even do that. I haven't even tried it before. If I am able to do it, great! If not then if worst comes to worst, I can always make them slip n slide everywhere with my slime." Trixie told him. Shs felt like this wouldn't end well but who was she to judge? "Anyway. I gotta see if I can rally the survivors." Trixie added and departed to try and find the survivors so that one big group could be made.

When they got to the mess hall area, Kirara turned to Kachina and Blake. "Will you two keep an eye on her and have her do what you sit fit for punishment." She said to them. "I have more reports I have to finish." She concluded as she turned back and headed back from the direction they just came.

 

Ai got set down and still looked down to the ground. As Kirara left, she watched her walk away until she was out of sight. "I am saying it because she is my sister. I just don't know why she isn't acknowledging me." She answered Blake solemnly.

"Kirara's probably not acknowledging you because she doesn't know you're her sister. I don't know anything about it myself but maybe Viral placed a mental block on her or something. He is a powerful Psychic gijinka after all." Blake responded, shrugging. Walking away a bit, he tapped his staff against the ground a couple of times and some vines sprouted. He smiled and moved the vines so that they were swayin in place. "What should we hav her do? I can see now that I have vines out." Blake asked Kachina.

Noda: Snapping awake, he takes to the air, only to hit his head on the ceiling. "What the hell Viral? You Stupid punk, I will kill you, you hear me? Murder you, then feed you to a plant. Because I can. And, where am I?" He yells, loud enough for the whole camp.

 

Kenji: "Why are you such an idiot? Seriously, he almost killed you and here you are threatening him? How did you manage to survive so long?"

"Well, for the moment since the majority of the forces are going to attack Ribose's camp, I'd just say she should get to work cleaning. Or at the very least start preparing the food for when everyone gets back." Kachina suggested. "I'll help her cook, but that's mostly because I want to make sure she doesn't pocket anything behind my back."

He wouldn't be useful in a direct fight against Viral's heavies, but he could try to support from a distance by planting his roots and worming them through the ground to at least trip some of the larger ones, such as Ferrous, so he headed off in the direction he felt the pounding and took a hidden position where he planted his roots, extending them out to the battlefield where the clash would likely take place.

Nyx turned around when she heard Kenji's voice. "Oh, hello, my name is Nyx. I guess I'm filling in as a nurse for now." She turned back to Noda and said "Calm down, you're fine. Viral is nowhere near here. To my knowledge at least, and if he was anywhere near here, there would probably be some explosions or something going on because Ribose is here as well. As to where you are, you're in the field hospital at Ribose's camp. According to the doctor, your wounds have been healed, but I'd recommend at least taking it easy for a day or two. A day or two of rest never hurt anyone."

Damien made his way to the battlefield keeping to the darkness of the trees next to it. He decided to wait until dark to move out of the trees and watched the ongoing battle from a distance. Damien had to make sure he didn't get carried away when he entered the battle, he had a tendency to become overly aggressive and in this situation it could get him killed

"Yeah..." Ai responded to Blake, only half listening to what he said. All she got out of his statement was that it was Viral's fault she was this way. A light anger began to grow in her as Kachina gave out things that she could start doing. The place was relatively clean already, so that she wouldn't be beating a dead horse, she decided cooking would be better. "I guess cooking would be best." She told Kachina, all while thinking of a way to sneak away and confront Viral.

"Attack" Ferrous commanded, he and his soldiers surging forward in a brutal stampede. 

 

"HOLD THEM OFF!" Ribose commanded, seemingly out of her slump for the moment. The instant she gave the order, she flew off, her eyes looking around the camp. Viral had a trick up his sleeves, she just knew it

As Ferrous shouted for a charge, William started maneuvering his roots around underground. He didn't want to accidentally squash someone under their enormous weight, so he decided to start to trip them up now. He didn't have any exact locations on the Heavy Corps, so he just raised some roots a bit, attempting to trip them up a bit with a Grass Knot.

"Well, Blake, I don't think you should be handling anything sharp or hot, I'll let you do mixing and tenderizing. I'll handle the sharp objects, because I still don't trust Ai with them." Kachina said, grabbing a sack of potatoes and a relatively dull peeler and handed them to Ai, then placed an empty pot next to her. "Peel those potatoes, we'll be making a stew with them. And remember, I'm watching." She said, not turning away as she backed up and started slicing some carrots to put in the stew as well.

Blake nodded. "That's understandable." Blake said. Going off to hisnown workspace, he began to tenderise the meat for the stew after locating the items he needed. 'Maybe I shouldn't have told Ai about my suspiscions of Viral. Oh well. It's too late now." Blake thought to himself.

Hearing Ribose's order, Trixie quickly rallied the survivors and basically told them to fight for their lives. She knew that the Ferrous Corps were coming and that most of these giiinkas didn't stand a chance but at least it was worth a shot, right? Remembering what William said about trying to make her slime more acidic , she did a few quick practice rounds by flinging her slime at trees and waiting to see what would happen upon contact.

Damien sat under a tree sharpening his switchblade. Sure his moves were more convenient, but there was nothing like getting getting up close and personal in his opinion. The look of initial shock and surprise of someone when they felt the blade go in from behind them out of the dark and then the fear, the realization of their inevitable demise. "I'm getting bored, when can we start," Saint whined. "In due time," Damien replied, he was the most calm he had been all day.

Kachina had handed her a potato peeler and a sack of potatoes and told her to start peeling. Ai then slowly opened the sack and started to peel. It was almost dark and the moon was soon to rise, as this would benefit her in her getting away. As she peeled potatoes, she began to look around and noticed a couple sacks of flour on a shelf above Kachina. 'Perfect. Now just gotta wait for nightfall.' She thought to herself.

A few of the heavy troops tripped up on the roots, but most still remained, Ferrous ordering forth a few Skarmories, Armaldos, and Kabutops to slash through the vegetation. Unfortunately, they had lost their momentum and were trapped in a melee against Ribose's holding force

Bjørn, who generally pay attention to where he's walking had dodged tripping in roots, but what he could not dodge was the few others who had tripped in front of him and was now blocking the way.

Moving forward at a slow pace, he helped up a few of the others, cutting roots every now and then until he finally got to the front.

As he did, a couple of gijinka somewhat smaller than him came running at him. Grabbing his sword, he blocked them both, before he did a powerful swing, practically sweeping them away as he sent them flying with the broad side of the blade.

Noticing a few more approaching, he turned to a more defensive stance, seeing as a lot of the others behind him had yet to get up on their feet, and moving forward alone did not seem wise.

"What are ya doing? Kill em!" Jazz roared, snapping the neck of an unfortunate Staraptor who had been too confident in his speed. A howl of pain rang out as Grimlocke fell, unable to cope with the paralyzing shocks of several electric types. "Or they'll kill us" Jazz said through gritted teeth, knowing there was nothing more he could do for the crippled Rampardos gjinka

William winced in pain every time a root was cut, feeling as though a finger had been cut off every time one was severed from his main network. He had been trained for that, however, so he could keep the roots out, but he wouldn't be able to last terribly longer. There wasn't much reason to keep the roots out as it was, since they had already tripped up a few soldiers and they wouldn't be fooled be them again, so he withdrew as many roots as he could and started to try to recuperate.

Feeling the subtle vibrations of Ai's movement a her body changed positions through the ground, Blak found that Ai was looking at something other than potatoes. "What are you looking at Ai? Whatever it is, it's not the potatoes. Blake asked her.

Trixie kept flinging slime off her body towards the trees and nearly whooped with joy as she found one of the trunks barely eaten through. "It's a start." Trixie told herself. Walking slowly to the battlefield, she figured that she would trip them over. Trixie hasn't got enough strength to do the acid slime continuously. Trixie stuck to the shadows and waited for an opportunity to trip.

Kachina put down the knife and looked at Ai. "What are you planning? Like I said, I'm keeping an eye on you." She said, as she went back to the carrots, looking up every so often to look back at Ai. "I'm not feeling confident that you're going to stay put, so I think I'll just come over there and help you with those potatoes." Kachina said as she put the remaining carrots away and went over to Ai and started peeling potatoes with her.

Noda: "Rest? Who needs that? I am not weak just because I lost to a cowardly psychic. He should have fought me fairly. Anyways, I guess that means I am with Ribose then. Well, even I am not Stupid enough to piss of both of them. Hey, Kenji, why are you here?"

 

kenj: Looking around, he simply explains. "Ribose shot me out of the sky. She also saved both of our lives. Good enough? Now how about we fight with them since those idiots from Viral just jumped us. Don't you want some revenge?"

 

Noda: "Really? You have to ask? Let's go Damn it." Running from his bed, he heads towards the front line, bellowing threats the whole way.
