request Would like two OC's done for YouTube banner

Heyo!

If possible, I'd like two OCs done for, as I say, a YouTube channel's banner called Adventures in Sarcasm - a review and analysis channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/adventuresinsarcasm)

 

One of them may or may not be a dragon.

 

I'd need them done in pretty high quality, and on a computer rather than paper because I'm pasting them onto a banner.
