i've known applebloom since she was a tiny weeny filly, she has always been super great at decorating for parties and making anything super pretty, she can turn anything into super duper amazing art, dont tell her i told you all, she cant know. she has to discover it herself, thats what cuttie marks are for silly fillies

Those are pretty good! And I think they'd suit them.

 

Or another thing that'd be is to rotate the duties they had in the talent show. Sweetie Belle is almost obviously going to have something to do with singing, Apple Bloom with carpenting/creating/painting/clothes and Scootaloo something with the choreography or moving. It's heavily implied in that particular episode.

sweetie belle: everyone says it will have a heart (apparently because of a character in the old series) but i think it'll be a silver bell with something related to singing (a mic maybe or a musical note?) because she sings like a belle and well, her name and all.

 

alternate for apple bloom: I thought it would've been awesome if apple bloom had gotten her cutie mark during the zap apple episode. her cutie mark would be a pretty zap apple bloom and her talent would be cooking zap apple food (ex, jam)

I think Scootaloo's should be more than a scooter or a tire. She's a daredevil! She likes thrill! In the Show Stoppers, Scootaloo did say she liked to sing, just not Sweetie Belle's style. She's a thrill seeking, stunt riding rockstar! Hehehe

I do love that Applebloom idea. It stays with the whole "Apple Family" cutie marks, but shows her talent.

Ok so I was thinking, generally most cutie marks relate to the ponie's name. So just guessing here, Applebloom's cutie mark has to do something with her Family's Apple Orchard. At the same time though, Applebloom is very good at painting and fixing up things; such as Applejack's old treehouse. Just a theory.

 

As for Scootaloo, her cutie mark (as everyone has already stated) more than likely has something to do with speed and her being skilled with her scooter.

 

Of course Sweetie Belle is an amazing singer, so I assume just like everyone else has that she will have a music note or even possibly a microphone for her cutie mark.

I guess I have no imagination but microphone and scooter seem appropriate on Sweetie Bell and Scootaloo.

I can't remember who's was which, but Scootaloo was doing the songs I think, and then Sweetie Belle who didn't want to do that could sing really well and helped Scoots out. Similar events for each pony pointed out what their strong points would be.

Yes, they were on a talent show but they didn't pick a task for their right abilities.

Sweetie Bell was good coming up with words and signing.

Scootaloo being agile was good dancing and with her scooter.

Aplebloom was able to fix a house and help with the outfit designs or something like that.

 

Haven't seen much about them after that episode.

I don't check the Show Discussion Forum because I still haven't seen all episodes, but I think this thread is more related about the design their cuttiemarks will have, while the one you mention is about the future of them.

The CMC are going to open up a pawn shop. Each one will get one brass ball as their cutie-mark. Then they'll hire a weird pony named Chumlee who'll constantly break things and make asinine comments.
