Hello, I'd like to join this with my OC Broken Physicality (OC page in my sig). Is he too vanilla for this? If he is, I can make something new- I was thinking maybe a crystalline entity- maybe insectoid or maybe just floats around like a Cephalon (Warframe AI).

*Reads your OC page* Nice! Your pony is practically a cyborg, just low tech.  Hmm... I'm not sure. I'm a little on the fence about it. As for the other character ideas, we all ready have a crystal pony, but I like the idea of an insectoid or whatever a Cephalone is! Either one of those sounds good. Show me one, and if you want, you can RP as Broken Physicality at the same time. Everyone here is allowed up to 2 main characters.

I'd LOVE to have your character on board. I just have a few questions first...

 

Do you have any references of other RPs you've been in? I've been having trouble finding people who will stick with the RP to the end.

Do you mind toning it down a little bit with your characters abilities/powers? This is an adventure RP about finding magical artifacts. Wouldn't be fair to everyone else if someone has a character that is more powerful than what they are looking for. Your character can still be as-is, just as long as he isn't a gary stu or anything.

Lastly, I know this is unorthodox, but would you mind waiting just a little bit? We're SUPER close to finishing the first arc of the story, and I think it would flow better if new characters were introduced when the 2nd arc starts.

 

Other then that, you seem like a perfect fit for this RP.

Okay, toning down his abilities a bit is just fine with me. He's not a Gary stue, but he is pretty powerful.

Name: Cephalon Metu

 

Race: Cephalon AI - Class 23 - ERIS

 

Appearance: Metu glows white-blue and is shaped as a cube. Its cube floats approximately 5 meters from the floor and it is surrounded by 23 cubes that slowly revolve around the main structure.

 

Personality: Metu is boring. It speaks in a pseudo-monotone that seems to hint at some amusement. It will constantly comment about the world around it and specifically about any beings around it.

 

Back story: Basically a reality jumper. Its home universe got boring after the Orokin died.

Awesome! Your character is in.   If it's okay with you, would you mind waiting just a little bit? We're a few replies away from finishing the first arc, and I'd love for you to join us when we start the 2nd arc.

Also, if you want to, you can RP as both A Cephalon and Broken Physicality. Everyone's allowed up to two main characters.

Sure, if you want to. When your character is introduced, you'll be caught up on everything anyways. It's a very simple premise.

And like I said, the first arc is very close to being done. Just a few more replies, and we'll be there. What's mostly keeping it from happening is schedules. Almost all the participants are busy with other stuff in their lives, but they are trying to reply as fast as possible.

Sure I am alright with it :3

 

But what things I can keep with me? Disguise and Cloak device? Like: They could be the only one's that are somewhat balanced things.

 

Disguise works only during morning and daytime. It will go off when its nighttime ((00:00am))

 

Cloak device will make my OC invisible for 60 seconds and it will reload slowly back, once used completely.

 

If you want to know: My OC doesn't have any sort of armor or shield if he is disguised, but when he is not disguised, he will return back to his original form, with his armor and small shield that can absord some hits or damages.

 

But we can ofc: Remove the shield or some other things as well to keep things balanced.

 

Remember though that my OC is not originally from Ponyville or Equestria. But I want to keep things balanced.

But it would go too complex with both universes:

 

In first one: Is all the time in a mission. There's no vacations.

 

And second one: I don't want to. It doesn't fit in it.

 

So I would go with primary idea of first one... He is not in vacation nor even know Equestria.

 

He is most likely scout or intelligence round there. Cause he has just arrived there.

man. this is one of the best plots ive ever seen in rp. explore other ocs hometowns and history? brilliant. but yall already have a unicorn. and caliber's back story isn't good enough i fear. but! this isnt the first rp where i didnt meet the basic requirements. next time! until then, happy role playing!!

I just wanted to thank you all for a successful first story arc! You all did wonderfully and it was such fun! We're moving on the next story arch, which will focus on Lord Bradley's characters next. Hope that's okay with everyone.
