Master Chief has his armor, an assault rifle, and a Spartan laser.

 

Spider-Man has his standard gear. 

 

The fight takes place on city rooftops

 

Neither knows the other

 

They are bloodlusted

 

Win by ko or kill

 

I say the Spider wins. He's far stronger, much faster, and Spider Sense is a huge edge

He can fly~!

Hes fast,

 

Even tho he falls down, he can still swing using his web. He can also shoot his web to Master Chief in order to make him stuck.

Spider-Man can't fly, he can just swing around. And Chief has a jetpack

 

I think Spider-Man wins, but it would be better if he stuck to the ground

I think Spider-Man wins, but it would be better if he stuck to the ground 

I know he can't fly. I just want to say it in that way, :P

Spider-Man hands down. His webbing can not only dragged Master Chief straight back down to the ground, but he could even web swing up to Master Chief and beat the crap out of him because Spider-Man's strength is superb, and he can lift up to 10 tons, so Spider-Man can win very easily.

Spider-Man hands down. His webbing can not only dragged Master Chief straight back down to the ground, but he could even web swing up to Master Chief and beat the crap out of him because Spider-Man's strength is superb, and he can lift up to 10 tons, so Spider-Man can win very easily.

Actually, the webbing might have a problem. Master Chief has shields, so the webbing would just hit the shield and slide off, being just a shield. However, once be pops the shields, he can do that

I don't play Halo a lot, so I had forgotten about shields. lol
